Veldig hyggelig og fin leilighet i et koselig nabolag. Rent og pent, og veldig hyggelig vert! Vi er kjempefornøyde og bor her gjerne igjen ved en senere anledning.

Ładne mieszkanie, dobra lokalizacja, ale nie ma suszarki do włosów, w mieszkaniu jest zimno, plus płacąc za sprzątanie i tak musisz sam wynieść śmieci i zdjąć pościel.

Small appartment for 1 (max 2) persons for a short term. We have spent 4 days there and noticed either positive and negative moments.Good price, quite place, bus stop just 3 min walk, 30 min to the city centre (but with changes), washing mashine.Negative: it was cold at nights, there wasn’t any heating or conditioning. No kettle, we used pot to heat the water. The last day of our stay workers were drilling the wall nera the appartment for 4 hours. Strict rules of apartment: you have to clean after youself, inspite of paying money for cleaning service. If you want to cook - you should be very careful and dont produce steam! It can be a little nervouse. The fine for false fire alarm 1000 euro.

Great place to stay. Will come again soon .

„Klein aber fein“. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man für ein paar Tage Stockholm braucht. Moderne Geräte & Ausstattung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Olof war sehr nett und hat uns alle Infos gegeben, die wir brauchten.Insgesamt wirklich Tiptop!👍🏻 Klare Weiterempfehlung.

This was a beautiful place with a perfect location. It was spacious, clean, and felt like home. Fredrik was a perfect host and was available when needed.

Jättefin lägenhet med kanonläge! Väldigt positivt att här fanns både kaffebryggare och mikro, trots tidigare information om att det saknades. Smidig incheckning och utcheckning och överlag jättebra kommunikation med värden. Vi bokar gärna detta boende igen för nästa vistelse i Åre!

Es ist eine nette kleine Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Die Austattung ist gut und es ist soweit alles Vorhanden was man benötigt. Man ist schnell im Stadtzentrum von Stockholm. Für kleinere Einkäufe gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen ca 350 m entfernt.Die Kommunikation mit Fredrik war gut und schnell. Er hat sich immer zeitnah um alle Fragen gekümmert.

We stayed 4 nights with pleasure. Flat was located in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood which is 10 min away from the centre by tube 30 min by walking. Suitable for 4 adults, well cleaned and worthy. Added the top of the list if we back again :)

Lovely and super clean little apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The 54 bus stops just outside, running about every 10-25 minutes, and goes to many major attractions. The metro (red line) is a little farther away but still a relatively short walk. We would walk (about 10-15 min) to Karlaplan each morning and shop at the mall there which had a great variety of shops and casual cafes (and a McDonalds, which my teenager loved). Wifi was fast and reliable. Thanks Olaf!

Good stay clean and compact

just about 5-7min walk from train station (though we didnt take train in stockholm, bikes will suffice). commercialised airbnn, not in a negative way. nicely decorated apartment just like in the photos. laundry rooms are shared among the entire building. check in via some apps. there were a few couples (incl) us waiting outside the building.. apparently the digital key only active at 3pm check in time, perhaps can be a little more flexible in that sense.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Stockholm. Die Lage des Appartements ist echt super, keine 5 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn. 👍🏻 Bei der Ankunft im Appartement hatten wir ein paar Fragen und kontaktierten Frederik. Der uns superschnell weiterhalf. Unsere Kommunikation empfand ich als sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.Resume. Für zwei Personen top. Die Wohnung ist hell und der kleine Balkon sehr gemütlich.Der Morgenkaffe auf dem Balkon war ein guter Start in den Tag. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Lägenheten ligger på kort gångavstånd från Åre torg. Incheckningen gick väldigt smidigt
