Perfekt krypin för två med utsikt över Åresjön. Golvvärme och helt ok utrustat kök för frukost och enklare matlagning. Tyvärr funkade inte Netflix-appen på TV:n (nätverket gick ej att ansluta till), så åk ej hit för att enbart se på film :)

The apartment of Olof is a really good place to stay. It is indeed fully equipped. The house is very modern. Great working atmosphere there. Although a big street is beside the house it is very silent inside. All in all, nice stay.

Fijn en rustig appartement om te verblijven tijdens het skiën in Åre. Je staat zo op de piste in Duved. Genoeg spelletjes in huis om je te vermaken op een wat mindere dag. Makkelijk te bereiken met de auto en er wordt snel gereageerd. Wij wilde last minute vanwege het weer langer blijven en dit was geen probleem.

The apartment was wonderfully clean and in a great location near to the metro and lots of good restaurants. Don't forget to grab a hot dog from the famous Gunthers just over the road. It was a cold week in January and the apartment was wonderfully warm when we got back in the evening.

3 of us were staying at Olof's place, and it's just perfect for this number of people: small enough to be cosy and big enough for everyone to have his/her private space.The place is very ergonomic and minimalistic and would suit those who appreciate Scandinavian approach to design. It was very clean, and everything functioned as it should. On top, communication with the host was smooth and clear.Keep in mind that the location is not very central. It would suit those who want to stay in a quiet residential area with a touch of nature and travel to central Stockholm (there are several transportation options available, including tram/bus+metro or boat).

Elias's place is very immaculate. My son and his two friends stayed at this AirBnb which is at a wonderful safe location - close to many restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc... Elias also was great with communication and answered our questions promptly. I would highly recommend his place to friends and would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay here. The location is AMAZING! It’s in the most beautiful neighborhood! I stayed in Stockholm for almost two weeks and didn’t even use public transportation once. Everything you could possibly need and want is at an easy walking distance. The apartment was very cozy and had everything I needed. I would love to stay here again if I ever return to Stockholm (which I probably will cause it’s beautiful!).

Trevlig stuga! Ligger super till om du har bil, men fungerade utan.Var lite svårt att hitta gångvägen och var en bit till busstationen.Obs: Stenhårda (!) sängarBastu fanns inte (kanske pga covid)Kimmo var snabb på att svara

Epic spot in sodermalm for decent value!

We had a great time staying at Elias' apartment in central Södermalm for a little over a week. The apartment was clean, quiet, and in a wonderful location close to lots of restaurants, bars, and parks. We were working remotely during our trip and spent a lot of time at the apartment. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking purposes, and we also appreciated the Nespresso machine. The living room had an extremely comfortable sofa. Check-in was easy enough, with a lock box across the street and the host was available when needed but otherwise left us to our own devices.Only downsides: 1) Washing machine from hell. Thankfully, there's a shared laundry facility in the building that we were able to use instead. 2) Shower head is detached so you have to hold it when bathing, which was strange.

Smidigt boende med bra anslutning till backen och tydligt upplägg!

Great location and very clean. Do not expect to have a personal ping-pong communication when the host, as his business operations are running like a well-oiled machine. Everything is done remotely and you will receive long clear messages in English that basically answer every possible question you might have. I really liked this home and highly recommend it to you who want to discover Stockholm.

Had a wonderful stay here. The apartment's beautifully decorated, warm & cosy and in a great location. The kitchen's spectacular, bed was comfortable and the sofa and dining space felt just like home. Communication and instructions were also quick, clear and easy to follow. Would love to come back one day.
