Nice little apartment but a quite tiny bathroom, especially when traveling with more than 2 people. Quiet neighborhood, metro just 5-10 min walking, bus just 2 min walking. The apartment has everything you need.

The stay was nice, but the bathroom was a little smelly, and we couldn’t shut the window completely. Also the air was very dry in the apartment and the cushions on the bed were not very comfortable. But the location was great and the communication very clear!

Nice place, perfect location. No TV

Olof's bigger unit (there are also a few small ones) is a very comfortable, spacious and convenient loft. It is ideal for 2 people on a long stay, as in my case, and I would expect it to work well for 4 people for a shorter stay, thanks to the extra retractable beds on the lower level. The unit is close to the train station and it takes less than 20 minutes to get to the center of Stockholm, grocery stores are nearby, and for those who drive there is a parking lot a gas station nearby. Olof is a discrete but attentive host, and I had excellent and responsive communication with him every time I needed to. Highly recommended.

The appartment was very nicely equiped and the location was perfect.Also the communication was without any problems.

A beautiful place kept in the old style but with a modern approach. Very clean and organized. We had good communication with Fredrik and he was very helpful and quick at answering. The location was amazing with a nice view looking down on the charming old Järntorget and also with a glimpse of the sea. A great experience and feeling of being in the heart of Stockholm.

Schön möblierte Altbau-Wohnung, leider nicht ganz so zentral, aber in netter Umgebung. Gibt einige wirklich sehr schöne und leckere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Beautiful location and apartment!

Good location for few days in stockholm and especially in the south of stockholm, anyway you can reach the center pretty quickly by foot or scooter. Really clean apartment. The only regret is that the bathroom is really small.Easy check in and check out.

5 minute walk to the center. Nice view over Åre.

Fredrik's flat is in a great location, just a 10 minute ride on the tunnelbana to Stockholm central. The flat is well-equipped and has everything you need for a solo weekend getaway! The area is quiet and residential and it's very easy to get around various parts of the city from the flat. Communication was great and timely as well. Couldn't recommend enough!

For my first visit to Are, I was lucky to find Johannes' place available. He has a nice apartment, in a great location. But the best part of it is the view over the entire Are with mountains on both sides and a lake in the middle. Loved it!

The apartment is very cozy, you feel right at home. The heating works great and makes the apartment warm really fast. The bathroom and shower is rather small, but works surprisingly well. Everything was prepared nicely. You can tell that the hosts take great care of the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is in a very nice area and centrally located (we felt very safe, even at night).

We enjoyed our stay at Fredrik‘s place a lot. It’s nice and central, shops and the metro are close. The only thing we would criticise is that the flat is equipped a bit basic. For example, there is no hairdryer, tv or a kettle. No necessities but nice to have available.

Great apartment in arguably one of the best location in Stockholm. Only very few issues such as a very small bathroom and loud neighbor early in the morning. Elias himself is a very nice a helpful person and always very quick to answer

Great flat, well located very near the red line station Gardet. Lots of space and very clean. Great value for money.
