Vi hade en underbar vistelse i Kimmos fina lägenhet. Boendet ligger en bit upp på berget med en fantastisk utsikt över både bergen och dalen. Det har perfekt ski in-/ski out läge, vid en lift helt utan köer. Smidigt med bergbanan som tar en hem från byn, vilken även går på kvällen. Köket var uppdaterat och förhållandevis rymligt, och i lägenheten fanns allt som vi behövde. Sköna sängar, kuddar och täcken. Enkel och smidig incheckning.

Olof var lätt tillgänglig, snabb på att svara och behjälplig. Jätte bra service från hans sida!

The pictures don't do justice to the place; it is gorgeous! The house is very new & nicely decorated with personal touch and scandinavian feel. The location is very good in the hills of Tegefjäll; some 100m to the slopes and you can ski almost directly to the house after the day. The house offers everything you should need for a comfortable stay - small sauna for two, large enough bathroom, well equipped kitchen, nice living room with a good music system and a terrace with beautiful views over the fjälls & nearby villages. There's three bedrooms, two smaller ones with bunk beds and a bigger one with a double bed - perfect for a family with 2 - 4 kids or a small group of adults. The 4 ski areas nearby are all great - we stayed mostly in Rödkullen as it had great slopes & services for both kids and adults. Åre village is also well worth a visit, there's an amazingly well equipped grocery store and some nice restarurants & after ski. Kimmo was a wonderful host; quick to reply and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment, we would definitely come again!

Super central place in the old town of Stockholm - all in walking distance (even Central Station where the fast train from the airport arrives) is only a15 minute walk…

We had a great stay at this apartment! Enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out location and easy access to the village. The apartment is very nice and Johannes was very quick to respond to any questions. If you come by car, I recommend booking a spot in the garage with direct access to the building.

Quick response time from the host. Nice apartment close to the lift. Beautiful view over Åre by. Quite steep walking path from the village to the hotel.

The flat matches the photo. It's clean, calm and the location is great close to the metro. Equipments are ok for a short stay, the Bathroom/toilet is small but that was fine for us (the toilet flush might need a small fix though).The recommendations map was useful to find the places to eat (Fika et Restaurants).We did not see Elias and we only communicated with him through the AirBnB messages app, he was rather fast to answer and specific in his indications.The only problem is that we felt cold by nights, the heater system was not enough, we would have like to use some extra blankets but Elias could not help for this.

Great apartment with fantastic view and good location with immediate access to the ski slopes. Short walk to the center. Enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice and cosy stay at Elias’ place. Clean and all in order. Just be aware there is just a 50cm2 area to shower and also the kitchen is really small. But if your okay with that its a nice place to stay for a few days.
