All in all, we were very satisfied with the apartment. It’s showing its age. Since it’s always bright in Sweden (depending on the season), curtains would have been useful. The room was very bright. Andreas always responded to my questions very quickly🔝. In the beginning, we had a bit of trouble securing the apartment (it was my first time booking through Airbnb) and Andreas was very thorough about who would stay there. I can recommend the apartment, and the price-performance is spot on. Gaby and Andreas from Switzerland.

It was a fantastic experience. Not only is the place in the heart of Södermalm and is a 3 minute walk from the subway, but the host was helpful and responsive.

Fantastic location in Gamla Stan. Quick walk to restaurants, shopping, Nobel Square, and metro to get to all areas of Stockholm. Apartment is clean, quiet at the top of the building, and was perfect for our stay. William was very responsive to questions. Totally recommend!

Perfect spot nearing plenty of options in Södermalm and easy to navigate the city thru walking distance metro line. App needed keys were a bit confusing while closing the doors but not a huge problem. Elias has other flats in the same neighborhood and surely they will keep the same standards.

Perfect location! Felt safe and it was really convenient. It is a building full of serviced apartments so be prepared that the room might be different from the picture. It was clean and had everything I need. I would stay here again.

Perfect accommodation for a stay in Stockholm. Well located in Södermalm. There are many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Gamla Stan is easily reachable on foot or by public transport. Elias responds quickly to any questions. Highly recommended.

Everything was clean, no one disturbed us, all the essentials were provided, and the host was very responsive. The price was fair for the quality.

I really enjoyed my stay at Andreas’s place. The location was great, it was affordable, and there were two double beds, which is harder to come by in Europe. There was a beautiful view on the balcony and the living room was decorated beautifully. Andreas was very responsive and kind. The process of booking this listing was a bit more drawn out compared to any other Airbnbs I’ve booked, but I can understand from a safety perspective. The check in process was simple and quick. Be aware that there are lots of stairs to get to the unit, however, there was a luggage elevator, which made getting our belongings up all those flights of stairs a lot easier. Being that we are from the states, there were some minor differences in the features/amenities we’d normally expect, such as paper towels, larger trash cans, TVs, larger bedrooms, etc. but I did not factor this into my overall rating because this is normal in European culture. Overall, I would recommend booking this listing!

Everything was wonderful! Including the flexible check-in and check-out times. Very inexpensive! Gorgeous location!The only downsides were that there weren’t good pots and pans, so despite the large kitchen we couldn’t really cook properly. Easily fixable!There’s no wardrobe, so you have to live out of your suitcase.But apart from that it’s great: clean, comfortable bed, beautiful surroundings, and Stockholm is super easy to reach.

If there hadn’t been a misunderstanding about the number of bathrooms in the accommodation (it can happen…), everything would have been perfect. It was clean, well served by public transport, and in a quiet area.

The accommodation was impeccable, quiet and secure in a modern neighborhood. A large supermarket is very close to the apartment. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the metro station. The apartment is just a few stops from downtown Stockholm, which is very convenient.
