The apartment had an amazing view and the location was very close to a T-Station so it is a perfect choice to discover Stockholm. The check-in process was very precise so the apartment was easy to find. The process looked computer generated but the necessary personal information to provide was disturbing (e.g. social media contacts). Nevertheless I reduced my feedback by one star due to the bathroom situation. At every single use of the shower the whole bathroom is flooded inclusive the toilette. We builded a barrier with a towel so it worked okay. If this will be fixed it will be a perfect choice again.

Great place to explore Stockholm from here. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. The apartment is centrally located but remains quiet due to its location on an inner courtyard.

The accommodation was very pleasant, located by the water in a really nice neighborhood.

Excellent location with convenient access to the cable car and the ground.Perfect to be able to park the car in the parking basement with charging facilities.We will come back!

The apartment is true to the listing, very pleasant for a short stay in Stockholm. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is just a brief 10-minute walk from the metro.The main room is spacious and bright. We did not use the kitchen as we were only there to sleep.The bathroom is small, but this seems to be the case with most rental apartments in the city. For a short stay, it is not an issue at all.The communication was perfect, everything was clear and easy to follow :)

The unit is about 5-10 mins walk to the nearest metro. However the neighbourhood is safe and quiet which you’ll feel at home

Andreas was friendly and communicative. Instructions were communicated clearly. The place was nice and cozy. Major places were in walking distance. Grocery stores were also nearby. Overall it’s an excellent place if you want to explore Stockholm in a short period of time.

Andreas has a cosy and lovely home that welcomed us straight away. The instructions for the whole trip were clear and the communication skills were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Best place to stay for a short trip to StockholmPositive: The place seemed too good from the pictures/reviews, so we had big expectations. When we entered the studio, those expectations were blown away, especially by the immaculate view from the studio.Don't even think twice about booking the property - spotless, tidy, extremely convenient location - bus stop right outside, which is the only transportation you will ever need, and a boat stop to take you either to Djugården (the island with most of the museums) or the center - for less than 15 minutes.It is one of the best places we've stayed at in terms of price:quality:location ratio.

Really nice experience for in Tott residence. The place is very well located with direct access to the ski lift. The flat was well adapted to our family. I recommend it.

Nice apartment, good connection to the centre with public transport

The parking garage was located beneath the apartments with only a few spots available. Please note: A high curb means you should use a car with good ground clearance or a light load to avoid scraping or causing damage. There are plenty of apartments spread over several floors.

Place was as advertised. Check-in was, however, not very intuitive and the lack of a physical key was something we found to be less than ideal. The space was otherwise as advertised and suited us well enough.

Very nice stay

Bravissimo host and above all a beautiful apartment, my girlfriend and I are very satisfied with our stay. It may seem far from the center but in reality, you can walk to any museum in just a few minutes, and there are two very close metro stops.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need to cook, truly excellent.The apartment is clean, very tidy, and pleasant, and the host is always available for any questions or information. Definitely an excellent choice.In the area surrounding the apartment, there are bars, pubs, and well-stocked supermarkets.5 well-deserved stars.
