A very nice place to stay in Stockholm for a few days. It's located in a modern area of the city with many cafes and stores nearby. The apartment itself was very nice and had everything one might possibly need!

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was bigger than we anticipated and we appreciated the views up the mountain and over the lake. We made use of the sauna and we enjoyed the ski in, ski out from Level 4. Occasionally we found the key access didn't work to the external entrance but we were always able to get in. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place, it was gorgeous and Pontus was really responsive with our many questions, as it was our first visit to Are.

Well equipped and spacious apartment with excellent location and pretty much everything you need. Host had good instructions and communications were excellent. Would easily visit again 5/5.

I really have no issues to flag. The accommodation was:- close to the slopes – you simply take the elevator up to the 4th floor and cross the footbridge to the lift.- spacious with plenty of rooms. We were a family of 4, and the apartment could easily have accommodated twice as many.- fresh. The apartment was completely newly renovated.- offering a fantastic view over Åre.The accommodation is owned by Pontus, or he represents a company. They require that you sign their contract before you can access the property. We received the digital key about 6 hours before we were able to enter the apartment.We would definitely love to return to Tott.

Everything worked very well from booking, check-in, to check-out. A great solution with a sleeping arrangement, it's easy to both park and charge your car right outside, and the apartment is very centrally located whether you're heading to Stockholm or another part of Lidingö. Even though the apartment is right by the road, we heard minimal noise from the traffic.

Very good and affordable accommodation with a great location in Söder in Stockholm I had the impression beforehand that it would be like a construction site, but that didn’t bother me at all.

The property was as described. The location was excellent for someone who enjoys skiing. The apartment was clean and suitable for four people. The host responded quickly to messages.

Spacious and clean two-bedroom apartment. Well-equipped and thoughtfully provided with essentials such as toilet paper, dish liquid, sponge, and soap. The kitchen could, however, benefit from having a bit more cookware (oven-proof dish, saucepan, frying pan…). The apartment is bright and parking is easy for those arriving by car. The accessibility is excellent with a ground floor entrance secured by a code keypad. The decor is pleasant and the apartment is well-maintained. Highly recommended! Although it is a little off the beaten tourist track, it is just a 10-minute drive or metro ride away.

Been in Åre for the 3rd time. This place located best. Dropped my car on nearby parking lot and never used it. Slopes are on one minute walk distance. Downtown is 500 metes away. Bergbana brings you back from town, no need to go uphill. Apartment got everything needed for stay. Good place for families.

The apartment is cozy, clean, and matches the description. We followed the instructions and were able to check in at a time that suited us. The kitchen has the necessary utensils and tableware. In the bathroom, the shower tap wobbled a little during use, but everything else was fine. A special thanks for the comfortable bed and the quality bedding. The apartment is located in a residential area, and it takes about 30-40 minutes by public transport to get to the center, although there is a bus stop nearby.

My stay with Olof was very good, the location is top and the check-in went super smoothly. I can only recommend it.

The apartment is in a great location, close to public transport, making it easy to access Stockholm's attractions within minutes. There are also grocery stores just a few minutes away on foot, which is very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet. The apartment is small, but well laid out and has everything you need. The owner is very nice and helpful, and communication is excellent. A place worth recommending!
