Great location, super view, convenient to the slopes. Well equipped Kitchen, spacious.Minor negative, response to issues wasn't great - missing blind in bedroom, and non functioning sauna were recorded early in our 2 week stay, but not fixed while we were there. Otherwise all was fine.You can almost ski in/out, but that does mean going through a private drive/garden - to avoid that you need to go 250m further up the road to the bend in the road by main slope.

A group of four of us from the UK stayed at the apartment in the Topp building for a week and absolutely loved the place!The apartment has clearly been recently renovated so offered new and clean appliances.There was an abundance of space, fantastic views of Åre and the perfect apartment to head back to after a long day of skiing.The location was also fantastic offering ski in ski out and a short 10/15 walk down into the town. Pontus was great and light touch with us, so i wouldn’t have changed a thing!
