Cozy, good location and value for money. There was some unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but that could have been caused by external factors.

Olov was a good host, providing very clear instructions for everything, including how to use the stoves, and the flat matched the description. He was upfront about ongoing construction in the building, which started early in the morning, but as an early riser, it didn’t bother me at all. I also appreciated the discount offered due to this (it was clearly stated in the announcement).The flat itself was good, though quite minimalist. While functional, it could benefit from a bit more equipment—e.g., there were no bowls for beating eggs, and the toilet paper supply felt calculated for the exact duration of my stay. The photos give a slightly better impression than the reality. However, overall, it was a positive experience.

Väldigt fräscht och fint boende. Lagom stort, nära backen och byn. Väldigt stort plus för att det finns lakan och handdukar, samt tvål i badrummet och allt du behöver i köket. Stort tack! Vi kommer boka igen

I wanted to provide feedback regarding the internet service during my stay, as it significantly impacted my experience.Although I was informed that the internet was functioning, we encountered persistent issues despite trying various troubleshooting methods, including assistance from my own technical team. The connection was highly unreliable; while we were occasionally able to get it working, it would frequently drop out. Furthermore, only one computer could connect at a time when it was working, which was far from adequate.This inconsistency made my stay particularly stressful, especially as I rely on stable internet for business calls, including critical ones with the USA at 10 PM local time. Unfortunately, the lack of reliable internet rendered the accommodation unsuitable for business travelers like myself.I hope this feedback is helpful in addressing the issue and improving the service for future guests.

C'était très bien, l'emplacement est top avec le bus 76 qui passe juste à côté ! Je recommande !!Dommage qu'il y avait des travaux et beaucoup de bruits dans l'immeuble dès 7h30 du matin...

Check in hat gut geklappt. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Sehr freundlich, hell und ruhig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mir der Tunnelbahn ist man sehr schnell in der City Stockholms. Wer keinen Fernseher und keine Spülmaschine benötigt ist hier gut aufgehoben.

The apartment was great and clean. We could travel easily with public transport and it has convenient stores nearby. we enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful, clean apartment in a calm building, safe surroundings, short metro ride from the centre. What else can one want? We felt like home an will gladly return.

The place was very beautiful and welcoming, just as described. We felt great there. The Södermark area, where we stayed, was excellent—quiet, with plenty of options. It really felt like home, and we can’t wait to return because it’s such a great opportunity.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het gezellig en ruim appartement dat warm en proper was. De keuken straalt een authentieke gezellige charme uit. Het appartement is ideaal gelegen op 10 minuutjes wandelen van het Nacka natuurreservaat waar je prachtige wandelingen kunt maken en ligt vlakbij 2 grootwarenhuizen, restaurants en de metro. Met de metro ben je op ongeveer 15 minuutjes in Slussen. De communicatie met Andreas verliep zeer vlug en vlot, waarvoor dank. Ik raad dit appartement zeker aan en we zouden graag nog eens terug komen.

Väldigt bra boende, var lite jobbigt att det var bygge i rummen bredvid varje morgon, det hade man önskat att undvika, annars var allt väldigt bra!

great location and great stay

Nice flat, very convenient location 5-min from subway line (20 min total to Slussen or Gamla Stan). The risk of noisy environment due to nearby highway was declared but was not really noisy. Overall, pleasant stay but quite many rules with pervasive messaging on that (such as removing all bed linen and towels, removing garbage, ...). An issue was the absence of heating in the bathroom (first they suggested to check some switches, then they stated that the heating unit was not a heating unit...).

Modern and stylish apartment in a great location close to Stockholm central.

Bel appartement très bien situé en plein coeur du quartier historique.Quelques points d'amélioration à noter :- Ajouter des rideaux dans le salon qui reste lumineux toute la nuit : avec 3 lits dans le salon- Proposer des matelas de meilleure qualité : l'un d'entre eux se déglonfle au bout de quelques heures, le matin on se retrouve presque par terre- Les fenetres sont jolies mais assez vieilles on pourrait optimiser l'acoustique car la rue est assez passante- Ajouter un luminaire dans le salon : avec l'ensemble des éléments allumé cela reste assez sombre (et les hivers sont longs)- Ajouter davantage de décoration : on sent vraiment dans un appartement airbnb avec peu de touches d'attention- Alléger et adapter la communication : on recoit des énormes pavés avec au final assez peu d'informations utiles et non à jour. On percoit aussi beaucoup trop un aspect commercial dans la communication qui peuvent manquer de tact et être même percue menacantes

Отличная квартира, маленькая, но все необходимое для жизни в ней есть. Жили втроем с мужем и сыном, завтракали дома (все для приготовления есть!). Очень важно для меня было наличие стиральной машины (вещей можно не брать много). Удобное месторасположение, рядом супермаркет. Нам понравилось!
