Unbeatable location.It has everything you need.The cleanliness is excellent; it's an older apartment and it's much appreciated that it is kept so clean. The heating is great, which is especially useful in this weather.

Very clear and understandable instructions for check-in, always timely responses from Olof. The apartment is literally two steps away from a large supermarket and a bus stop. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay and was very clean:)

Olof’s place was greater. Bigger than it looks in the pictures. They made sure we had enough blankets to keep warm given the season. The location is also really great. The bus stops and metro are all close by.

Very comfortable accommodation, nicely decorated, spacious, very well located, with a large bathroom. Unfortunately, there were some issues with unpleasant odors in the WC (likely due to the plumbing rather than cleanliness) and the dishwasher was not functioning. Upon arrival, only three of the four beds were made; we were a group of four and it had been planned that two people would share a bed, which did not meet our needs. When we requested bed linen for the fourth bed, we were informed that this would incur an extra charge, and it took some discussion before the host kindly agreed to provide a fitted sheet free of charge. We also requested an extra towel for the sink in the separate WC, which was unfortunately declined, as was the provision of additional dishcloths. During our six-night stay, there were only two dishcloths available, despite the kitchen lacking an adequate drainage solution. The cleaning was generally acceptable but could be improved, as the cooktop was not cleaned thoroughly, the WC could have been better maintained, there was dust on the bathroom floor, and one light was broken. In summary, it is a very good accommodation with room for improved management.

Everything Was Good, not very warm, but survivable, comfortable to sleep. Good location, supermarket and bus stop is near. Apartment is clean, very calm, not noisy, I recommend!

Stayed here with my friend - beautiful apartment, had everything we needed. Was clean and warm. Construction did start at 7.20am and was very loud but manageable. Walls were thin so could hear everything in the hallway but honestly wasn’t terrible. Super safe, three separate codes to enter building/elevator and then apartment. Couldn’t ask for anything more as two women staying here! Worth the price and would stay again. Area is quiet more residential but 30 min walk to city centre and taxis are super cheap if you can’t work out the buses/trams like us! Also very close to port to get boat to museum island. Would recommend especially once construction is over.

Well-planned, fresh apartment and it's simply a matter of taking the elevator up to the lift.

Super apartment, everything is clean and beautifully decorated, the only issue being the repeated alarms and the ongoing construction work.However, the host is extremely responsive and very accommodating, I recommend it 200%.

I had trouble getting the key to work with the door, but it was quickly and smoothly resolved!!

Positive: close to the bus stop, about a 15-minute walk to the city center, near boat transport, clean room, quiet area.

Excellent stay in a majestic building in true Stockholm style. Wonderful family stay. One of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city.

A delightful stay! There were never any problems, but if you needed to ask a question, Pontus responded quickly. Would highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay at Elias, very well located apartment.

The apartment was superb. Fresh in every way. The only downside was that we couldn’t get power from the charging box to charge the car. There are plenty of charging stations in Åre, but of course the easiest is to charge at home.

The apartment was very good. The host was attentive, but please note that due to its proximity to the ring road, it might be a good idea to bring earplugs.

Nice lodging with a great location for both the slopes and the village.
