I have rented accommodations through Pontus before and am always equally satisfied. The communication was smooth and quick throughout my stay!! I will definitely book through Pontus the next time I visit Åre and Tott.

The condo was lovely. It was even bigger than the pictures. Everything was well thought out. It wasn't the closest to the city center but it still was pretty close to the metro station and the tram. There was a huge supermarket right around the corner. We found an amazing brewery/bar and burger place in the neighborhood, which was formerly a church. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Olof is very pleasant, professional, and attentiveRegarding the apartment, the kitchen is perfect – very functional and clean, with tea, salt, and sugar provided. However, I would have appreciated the inclusion of a few additional ingredients such as pepper or oil, as I had to purchase a bottle of oil for nearly 10€ for a four-day stay.The bedroom/living room is beautiful, clean, and spacious – truly excellent, nothing to complain about.The bathroom matches the photos and is generally functional, although the only issue is that the shower tends to flood the entire bathroom during use, which is acceptable for a short stay.The apartment is conveniently located with a bus stop right outside the door, and a metro station is about a 10-minute walk away.There is a noise curfew from 10 pm to 8 am that is observed, however, we were unfortunately woken every day just after 8 am by the sounds of drilling or hammering from the apartment above, followed by the noise from the cleaning staff’s trolley. It seems that the sound insulation could use some improvement.

It was really great and beautiful place with reasonable price. The thing I’m not comfortable is that next to this building is the construction site so from around 8am, it will be noisy to continue sleep. But it is acceptable because of the reasonable price. Also, while the staying, the fire alarm was on and nobody can fix it because there is no one who understands Swedish. What I think is that it will be helpful to put the contact for fire department or police. Other than this, it was really nice stay and I’d like to stay again for the next time. Thank you so much.

Nice studio within walking distance of the center

The listing was as described, very clean, great location close to everything. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved loved the place and highly recommend.

We stayed in Stockholm for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It only takes a few minutes from the subway station to the apartment. The apartment has a wonderful view, is cozy, and bright. You can reach the 4th floor by elevator or stairs. The decor is bright and clean. The kitchen is practical and suitable for preparing simple meals. The bathroom and the toilet are separate, which is convenient for multiple guests. There are plenty of cabinets to store your belongings. The apartment was sufficiently warm and cozy. It was nice that there was no TV, ensuring complete relaxation. The only slight drawback was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. It was not due to cleanliness, but seems to stem from the open drain, which should definitely be addressed. All in all ...

Excellent location for the apartment with close proximity to Åre Torg, several great restaurants, and the slopes nearby. The host initially required quite a bit of information before the trip, but once everything was arranged, he was quick to answer questions and very helpful. The apartment is ideal for a weekend stay and comes with all the essentials, though the finishes tend to be more budget-oriented.

Good accommodation at a reasonable price. It works well in combination with the Bergbanan; otherwise, the walks to and from the village would have been a bit challenging.

Great place to stay in Åre. Very short walk to and from the slopes. Quick walk into town. Parking is very close to the apartment. Sauna was great after a day on the slopes. Apartment was comfy and clean.

Easy access, clear instructions, the host is friendly and responds quickly. Perfect accommodation, we truly loved our time here and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Great for a few days in Stockholm. Everything was good. Easily accessible by subway. The supermarket is very close. Very clean. A good description of how to locate the accommodation. Unfortunately, there was no shower gel, but otherwise fine.

Location is perfect, literally by a lift for skiing and great access to both Åre and Björnen for beginners, place is great for 2 people and Kim was very helpful :)

The place was very well located. The house was very nice and cozy. The guidelines were wery detailed and Elias was always responding if we had any questions and made also suggestions for places. It was nice to stay and do some work I felt like home. we would visit again the place if the occasion presents.
