It is a nice cozy studio with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is well located relative to the city center. My family is very satisfied and would recommend it as a nice stay in the center of Stockholm.

We had a wonderful stay at Elias‘ apartment in Södermalm! The apartment has everything you need for a nice city trip to Stockholm and is located in a very beautiful area! Thank you so much for taking such good care of the apartment and the guests.

Mysigt boende nära till skidbackarna. Följer man elledningarna hem från backen kommer man väldigt nära. Ganska lyhört men det innebär att även vi som hyrde hördes, lite bekymmer med bastu och saknades Apple-TV. Ena sovrummet har inget fönster men annars stämde boendet över med förväntan.

The apparent was exactly like it was shown on the pictures, the view ower Åre was amazing. We were a bit surprised that it was not possible to store equipment (ski and snowboard) inside the apparent, not something we saw in the other places, but it was ok and all other people in the building was leaving their equipment in the corridor, so it was fine :) Apparent was clean and cozy we enjoyed our stay. The building is really close to the lifts and skiing tracks which was very convenient.

It was a nice and peaceful area, the place felt safe and was clean and warm. It was a little smaller than expected but overall it was a nice stay.
