Really lovely accommodation with fantastic views. I took the boat every day to the city which was a really calming way to start the day. The surroundings are quite hilly so if you’re planning on walking you might prepare for some stairs or hills but there is also a bus stop right in front of the house. The apartment was everything I hoped it would be and more.

The beds were smaller than mentioned, there was no way that 4 people could sleep in the two beds. One person had to sleep on te couch…

We truly enjoyed our stay in the heart of Stockholm. The apartment was extremely spacious and well furnished for three people. We can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment without any reservations.

This accommodation is located just a few minutes’ walk from Bagarmossen metro station, which connects us directly to Stockholm’s tourist areas and monuments, making it very accessible. It is situated a bit further from the center, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We slept very well, thanks to the excellent bedding. We had shower gel and clean towels available, and everything was neatly organized and tidy. Hot water comes quickly, and the accommodation is well-heated. The only downside was some noise from the neighborhood: slamming doors and loud voices … We definitely recommend this place!

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is conveniently located with easy access to transportation to the city centre or suburbs, supermarkets, and a few nearby restaurants/bars. The apartment is very functional; having a TV to watch local channels would be a plus. The neighbors are very quiet, and the bar sometimes hosts events on weekends (go and join the quiz nights) ;-)

Excellent location and a well equipped flat.

With a superb view of the lake, less than 10 minutes from the metro station on the green line and a Coop for groceries, the apartment is ideally located if you want to discover Stockholm for a few days. The apartment was ideal for a family of 5.Communication with the owner was very smooth and responsive. The apartment was clean and properly equipped.We will keep the address in case we ever return to Sweden!

Its a super apartment in the centre of Gamla Stan old town. Bags of character, well equipped & lots of space. Very easy to find & clear instructions make for a quick & painless check-in & out. The only things to note were a bad drain smell in the hall toilet & the double bedroom is quite small.We had an issue with the wrong bed set up (double not twin) in the second bedroom, which we attended to ourselves - but were short of some bedding & we didn't have enough towels either. These issues were communicated to the host who arranged delivery of these items the next day. The floors had not been cleaned or vacuumed, which we did ourselves & Olaf refunded the cleaning fee for this inconvenience. Olaf was always quick to respond to our messages. Overall a very good stay.

Brilliant location and perfect for our family (parents with two children). Ski-in/ski-out access from property, spacious, stylish and well equipped for what we needed. Perfect base for our family skiing trip. Would recommend and will be coming back again.

Positive: A pleasant apartment in the beautiful area of Södermalm a. Ideal for extended stays. Everything was in perfect order. Excellent location, close to the metro station and bus stops. The apartment is nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet and peaceful, near Hammarbyhöjden a and a lovely waterfront promenade. I highly recommend this apartment.Negative: A microwave oven is missing. This might be something to consider if your stay lasts longer than two days. Of course, there is an electric stove that handles everything, and a TV is not a major drawback for me.
