Olof was very responsive through messaging with any questions I had. The apartment was very clean and tidy with new fixtures and fittings. It was in a central location so easy to walk into the centre.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé! Le logement est très bien situé si vous souhaitez visiter Stockholm 🤗 Toutefois, la salle de bain est vraiment très très petite, nous ne pensions pas à ce point…

Modern apartment in a beautiful area, outside of the city but close enough. Peaceful, safe, etc. Recommended for anyone who wants some peace and quiet and don't mind a 20-30 minutes commute to the city center by ⛴️ or 🚌. Host is available and helpful at all times within 30 min but there is no phone number for emergencies.Our ony substantial criticism is that it wasn't thoroughly enough cleaned, which is less forgivable for a professional host with such an elaborate booking and check-in/out process.The apartment is overall fantastic value for money and we would definitely recommend it.

Gute Unterkunft

It was a very good nice place ,kind of small but we needed nothing more. Amazing location as well.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in der Unterkunft von Elias. Die Lage ist einfach großartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war gepflegt und sauber. Das einzige Manko ist das fehlende WLAN in der Unterkunft. Wenn man aber gutes WLAN braucht kann man problemlos in eines der vielen Cafés in der Nähe gehen. Wir würden wieder kommen, denn die Unterkunft hat ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Good location close to the city centre and public transport. Quiet residential area with small shop nearby. The kitchen is very spacious with everything you need including nice wine glasses. The living room is really cosy!The only thing that needs to be taken care of is the smell from the drain in the bathroom.

Positive: Super Lage, Bushaltestelle gleich nebenan, nächste U-Bahn nicht weit. Gute Wohngegend, Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Sehr gute und gemütliche Ferienwohnung.Negative: Einziger Minuspunkt waren die aktuellen Bauarbeiten mit hohem Baulärm ab 7 Uhr.

We are in Stockholm quite often and already stayed at this building before, since this flat is a little under street level, you have of course people passing by, but it's quite calm (sometimes you hear the bus, but not too bad) and with the curtains you still get your privacy. Perfect for a short stay. If there would be like one larger pot size available for cooking some Pasta, we would've had absolutely everything we needed.

The flat is very spacious, the living room is beautiful with stunning views. The kitchen and bathrooms could do with an uplift, but perfectly fine. Andreas was very proactive and had clear instructions. If what you are looking for is a comfortable flat without 'frills', this is a perfect place. It was perfect for what we needed. Thank you.

Beau logement très propre, près des transports et de 2 supermarchés. très bonnes literies et bons équipements.Dommage qu'il manque des essentiels pour cuisiner.Grande casserole, assiettes creuses .
