A pesar de que el apartamento carece de TV i tiene poco menaje de cocina (1 sartén, 1 cazuel, 1 olla), que resultan muy escasos en caso de querer cocinar para una estancia media-larga, y de que la puerta del microondas no cierra bien, está muy bien situado, es silencioso, nuevo, limpio. Perfecto para 2 personas, incluso para 3!

A lovely place. We would have loved a second set of cushions. The pans did not fit on the electrical stove .

Le logement correspondait aux photos et il n'est pas très loin du centre de Stockholm en transports en commun. L'arrêt de bus tout proche est un plus.

L’appartamento non è dotato di lavatrice/asciugatrice. Seppur segnalato nelle caratteristiche credo sarebbe opportuno fornirle. Noi siamo stati in 4 per 8 giorni e sarebbe stato comodo poter fare una lavatrice.

Wir haben uns während dem Aufenthalt in Stockholm in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt :)

Very good condition. Quite neighbourhood with easy access to transport.

We stayed one week in Stockholm at Andreas' apartment, which is a great place to be. Convenient public transportation is located nearby (Metro and bus stations 5 minutes from the apartment). The apartment is new, very clean and quiet, equipped with all needed amenities in the kitchen and the bathroom. Andreas was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend the apartment.

GoodPositive: A bus stop is just a 2 minutes away from the apartment. The railway station is also at a walkable distance.Negative: A room thermometer to monitor the room temperature could have been installed as we (from tropical place like South India) felt the room to be a bit cold.

Good location, nice design but old facilities.Positive: Nicely designed flats.Negative: The facilities are old, so some upgrading would make the stay more pleasant.During out stay, we had to move flat twice due to maintenance. It was a headache since we stayed for 4 weeks, which meant we had quite a few things with us, and hade made ourselves at home in the flat. Having to pack everything just to move two doors down was really annoying and took a couple of hours of our time.

In a great location, there is a nice, spacious, and clean apartment. The coffee machine was excellent and the kitchen was well-equipped even for a larger group. William personally came to help and fixed a couple of minor issues when we asked. The locking system required installing an app on your phone. The pull-out beds were a bit uncomfortable for the back, but the regular beds were very good. The floor slope in one of the showers was not quite right, which caused the entire bathroom to get wet. We really enjoyed the apartment, and the excellent sushi restaurant next door truly made our evening.

Casa molto accogliente. In due persone si dorme tranquillamente anche se il letto è un po’ piccolo. Temperatura della casa ottimale.Peccato per poca flessibilità nell’orario di check in (mi hanno chiesto dei soldi in più per entrare circa un’ora prima) e ho dovuto aspettare all’esterno nonostante le temperature invernali. La doccia allaga un po’ il bagno che risulta un po’ stretto ma comunque accogliente e funzionale. Posizione ottima vicino alla metro e a sole due fermate dal centro.

Weiter zum empfehlen. Alles war sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Praktiskt, rent och fräscht boende med vacker utsikt. Lugnt och rogivande att titta ut över Djurgården på andra sidan vattnet.

Andreas ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und das Appartement war sehr schön und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell, unkompliziert und sehr hilfreich.Man ist auch super schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Stadt da die nächste Bahnstation nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

It is beautiful like in the pictures. It has WiFi and the bed is perfect for one person, not the same for a couple. I stayed really cool. I recommend it.
