A beautiful and modern apartment located in a quiet area close to the city centre. Fredrik’s place is well planned and equipped for a comfortable stay. Heading to the city centre is easy with the underground across the road. Several grocery stores, restaurants and cafes nearby. Fredrik was easy to communicate with and replied quickly to any queries. We had a super stay and can highly recommend this place when visiting Stockholm.

Positive: Wie simpel der Ablauf einfach war und wie gut die Lage des Apartments war. Der Coop ums Eck hat alles was man benötigt und die Gegend ist sehr sich und hat einen Bus direkt ins Zentrum.

We overall enjoyed our stay at Andreas's place. It was spacious enough for two and we had no issues calling Ubers or getting around, though the nearest train is 17 minutes away so something to be mindful of. Unfortunately when we checked in, none of the beds were made up so we had to do that ourselves, but Andreas was very apologetic and offered us a late checkout in exchange, which we appreciated. Overall I would recommend!

Para llegar al apartamento no tuvimos muchos problemas ya que tiene muy buena combinación de metro, tranvía y bus. Lo encontramos enseguida y tampoco nos costó entrar ya que las instrucciones que nos dio Andreas eran muy claras. Una vez en el apartamento vimos que estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado. La cocina disponía de lo necesario, la cama era cómoda y el barrio muy tranquilo. Aunque vimos algunos inconvenientes, estos no eran de gran importancia. Sólo había champú para la ducha, no había secador de pelo y las toallas aunque estaban limpias no desprendían buen olor, era un olor neutro. La única pega de verdad que vimos es que pagando el servicio de limpieza te invitan a que dejes todo fregado y en su sitio, quites las sábanas y toallas y las dejes plegadas al lado de la puerta y por último que tires la basura aunque tiene un cuarto de basuras en el propio edificio. De todas formas recomendable por calidad-precio y ubicación.

This was our second stay at this apartment. It’s a quiet neighborhood with great bus connections with a little walking. The very modern apartment is nestled within a stone ruin, so it’s interesting from an architectural standpoint. We will come again in the future since it’s a pleasant and peaceful place to stay with a responsive host.

We spent a lovely two weeks at this apartment. Everything was very clean and neat. The kitchen was bright, modern and quite big, but there was no microwave oven. The living room was nicely decorated and the sofa comfortable for watching tv on the huge screen. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed, a nice big dresser, and it even had a small walk-in closet. The bathroom was a little on the smaller side, but very modern with a heated marble floor, and the shower water pressure was excellent. The location was very convenient and walkable, within a ten minute walk to the subway station, to the coop for groceries, and to a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood at all times. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to return someday.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Very central place in Stockholm’s old town, and yet very quiet. We liked that the key sights are walkable from the apartment, and lots of food options around. Good amenities in the apartment which we used a lot (Apple TV, and Jura coffee machine). Elias is also very on-the-ball and communicative, with clear instructions. Main minus is the lack of a lift - I wish I was mentioned more prominently in the listing description, as it was a lot of work carrying 2 luggages and a buggy up and down 3 floors!
