I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Stockholm and Sweden in general, as well as my stay at Elias's apartment! The apartment was easy to find and conveniently located near the Odenplan metro station, just a 5-minute walk away. It was clean and tidy, with everything you could possibly need, and it looked exactly as shown on Airbnb - 100% accurate.The only minor issue was the bathroom ceiling fan, which ran constantly and made some noise. However, with the bathroom door closed, it was quite manageable. The bed was a bit too soft for my personal preference, but that’s just a tiny detail.Communication with Elias was smooth, and he was always available if needed.He was also very kind and friendly and provided a huge list of things to do, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The area seemed relatively new, surrounded by modern buildings, supermarkets and excellent restaurants.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Elias's apartment and would happily return anytime soon! :)

Very beautiful and cozy apartment, there is the possibility of self-check-in, there is paid parking in front of the house, a beautiful embankment and a ferry stop nearby. Highly recommended!

A big apartment, a lot of space which was nice. The oven didnt have any racks so we could not use it and the apartment bathroom was smelly. Nice location

Logement conforme à la description et très propre.GROS bémol: notre chambre donnait sur un immense chantier. De plus, les travaux commençaient à 7h du matin et faisait beaucoup de bruit. Nous n'avons pas été prévenus. Le propriétaire affirme qu'un message a été placé dans l'annonce, mais je ne suis pas certaine que c'était le cas lorsque j'ai réservé (réservation tardive pourtant). Dommage d'être réveillés par ce bruit en vacances et d'avoir une vue aussi moche depuis le salon. Une mauvaise odeur traîne dans la salle de bains, comme signalé par beaucoup d'autres personnes.L'immeuble n'a pas beaucoup de charme, il s'agit probablement d'un ancien hôpital. Je reste sur un avis mitigé à cause des travaux.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt und leicht zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht. In der Gegend selbst ist nicht viel zu entdecken, was aber, aufgrund der Nähe zum Zentrum nicht weiter schlimm ist. In Summer war alles sehr gut.

The apartment we booked initially needed some fixing so Elias kindly offered us another apartment which he manages. So, I can't leave the review about this apartment, but I can leave a review about the host. Elias is very friendly and thoughtful host. He takes care of his guests and ready to help with any questions you might have. His gave us very clear instructions about hot to get into the apartment and how to use things in the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and has all you need for a stay. I'm sure, all the apartments Elias manages are organized the same way. I recommend Elias! And hope we'll be able to stay at one of his apartments next time we visit Stockholm.

Beautiful place! True Swedish style. Bed was so comfortable. Great views! High ceilings! Lots of stairs, but totally worth the effort. Highly recommend!

The place only fits a single person, so this is a great option for a solo traveler who does not spend too much time at the place but rather uses it to leave the luggage and sleep. The necessary amenities are there, just not the most comfortable place to stay if you plan to spend more time at the place (e.g. work from here).

This listing was right off of the metro line which made it very easy to travel and use public transportation. It was in a quiet location, a bit far from the city center. The biggest downside is that during our stay we were out of WiFi for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. Maintenance had to come out and fix it, which wasn’t much of an inconvenience except that we all had limited data plans and we heavily relied on WiFi. I am aware this is unlikely to happen to other guests, but it doesn’t hurt to note. Everything else was great though, check-in was easy, having codes instead of keys and locks was very convenient and meant you could check-in late (which we had to do due to our train being late). It is a studio apartment which we were aware of going into it, but for 4 people it feels very crowded if you have anything more than 1 backpack each. It feels like an ideal space for 2 if you have a lot of luggage with you. Overall, very clean and a good place to stay!

Ich habe mich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es war wirklich sehr sauber! Die Lage war auch optimal, es war sehr ruhig, und in der Nähe war eine Metro-Station.

Es ist eine nette Wohnung mit Altbaucharme. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es ist schön ruhig.

Peaceful place, about 10-minute walk to bus stations and 5 to airport bus station. Clean, new, all prepared. Might be a bit small but definitely worth the price. Thanks for the stay!

its easy to get to his place! very neat :) staff has been very responsive and nice towards us! when we were missing something they managed to help us out! the utensils etc are very clean and new. it is also near a lot of awesome bakeries and pubs. just have to bring the luggage up on a few steps and it will be good! room was big and spacious, but kitchen and toilet are not as big. some of the floors are cracked so do be careful and the toilet has a little smell to it but manageable

Zeer aangenaam verblijf! Het appartement voldeed perfect aan de verwachtingen en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig! Het is ook vlakbij een supermarkt en bushalte gelegen waardoor heel Stockholm vlot bereikbaar is. De instructies van Elias waren ook zeer duidelijk, het was enkel even zoeken naar het slot om de sleutel van de kamer te bemachtigen. We kunnen deze AirBnb alleen maar aanraden aan iedereen die Stockholm wil bezoeken!

Very easy to check in. The apartment was very clean.There was a problem with lighting in the bathroom but the host got it fixed during our stay.It got a nice balcony with a great view on the river.
