We booked the apartment for four people for a four-day city trip, not only because of its popular location but also for the convenient access to public transport. It’s a 15-minute walk to the Skanstull metro station and a 4-minute walk to the bus stop. It was very quiet and we slept really well – the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. As noted, the construction work takes place Monday through Friday. I’d recommend bringing earplugs or heading down for breakfast from 7:00 a.m. Opposite the apartment is a Coop supermarket, and a 10-minute walk away is a 7-Eleven for late-night snacks. The apartment is minimalist and pleasantly cool – it has everything you need.

The apartment was conveniently located near the bus stop, nice, clean, and simple. Unfortunately, there was a metro construction site directly beneath our balcony, and the noise started as early as 7:30–8:00 AM. The building is also undergoing renovations, which resulted in early morning noise as well.

Very good: great location, clean place, spacious room, quick response by the owner's staff, clear instructions.
Not so good: bathroom too small (difficult to move around, to do a shower is a bit an adventure..). Too complicate to do the registration on their platform (not working with a browser.. need to do by PC.. they ask for a selfie picture.. etc..=> I lost a lot of time). Also I didn't like the owner to push for a 5 star review.. in general I don't like the places who are doing so.. it's ok to remind to do a review.. but as guest I don't need anyone to advice me on how many stars I should put, because this is exactly the meaning of the reviews: the guest independent opinion.
