This place was walking distance to the train which was great for us. Our downsides were not having WiFi and the shower doesn’t drain well at all, host said he would fix it after we left though. This place is better for 2 people, we were 4. We are all easy going so it was fine but sharing a small bathroom wasn’t the greatest. And the couch bed wasn’t the best either. We moved the mattress topper to the couch bed which helped. But if not we would have been feeling the dips from the cushions. It’s not a pull out bed couch, it’s more of a fold out bed. The place was very well priced, very clean, the kitchen was great and the bed was very comfortable. The views were also nice. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you to our host.

The place was as expected! The location is slightly outside of the city centre but easily reachable by bus. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet as description. I would come back again if I came back.

Great apartment, with a stunning view. It is located in walking to the city center. In Södermalm there are lots of restaurants, bakeries and things to do. The apartment is very cosy and lived up to the description. A five ⭐ recommendation.

Great apartment. The location is great and quick and easy to get downtown. Our host was fantastic and was very responsive. We had an issue happen that was our fault and the host met the problem with kindness and understanding.

Elias is a great host, he provided clear instructions, helpful infos, and responded to all my requests quickly. The studio apartment was as described, small but cleverly organized to feel spacious. The apartment was clean, check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Liquid soap, shower gel, dish soap and clean towels were also provided. Overall, great experience, would definitely recommend, thank you!

Ich hatte ein Super Aufenthalt bei Olof. Es war alles genauso, wie es im Inserat und Bildern beschrieben wurde. Habe einen Langzeit Aufenthalt gehabt und es war dafür alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Es gibt wenige Minuten Fußweg das Lindigö Centrum mit Einkaufszentrum, Friseur, Alkoholshop und vieles mehr. Ich kann es besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Bis demnächst 👍

Gemütliches Apartement. Etwas kleine Küche aber es hat alles was es braucht! Gute Lage mit sehr guter Busverbindungen oder Lime- Trottinets direkt vor dem Haus.

Our family loved Elias’ apartment. Nestled in the historical cobble stones of Gamla Stan, the apartment was full of charm, history, and gorgeous art. We were close to everything we wanted to see and walked just a few feet to find a cafe or restaurant. Thank you, Elias!

Andreas's place is well maintained and very clean, which is all I care for lodging. The location is not downtown central. It takes 40-50 minutes of bus and train to get around and we got used to it. There is a supermarket 5 minutes on foot, quite convenient for grocery shopping. For transportation to and from ARN airport, we just took UBER to save trouble.It was the first time that we were requested to leave used bedlinen by the door, but not a big deal. Forgot to mention that the interior design is nice. Recommended to a small family that does not need to rush over itinerary.

El apartamento es muy acogedor y está excelentemente bien ubicado, pero tiene algunas deficiencias. El anfitrión respondió siempre, pero se echa de menos que las exigencias antes y durante la estancia se correspondan con autoexigencias: entregar el apartamento con los cristales limpios y sin polvo bajo las camas, completar el menaje de cocina (no había sartén, éramos 4, pero solo había tazas de desayuno para 2, y una estaba rota, parecía que había obras sin concluir, y la pintura de la pieza principal no estaba acabada, incluso quedaba una especie de correa bajo un armario, los parasoles de las ventanas estaban deteriorados...)En todo caso, resueltas estas deficiencias, el apartamento es muy recomendable, y la evaluación general es buena.
