Olof was very kind and responsive. The apartment was clean and even more spaceus than visible on the photos. As the outside temperature was around 0°C when we came to Stockholm, we felt that it would be nice for the apartment to be a degree or 2 warmer, but as Olof explained, usual room temperature in Sweden is 20-21°C and it is set by default in the building itself. We really liked the location (quiet area, nice paths by the sea, a lot of green spaces around and at least 5 playgrounds in the walking distance) and the view was amazing. The only thing that we really didn't like was smelly bathroom (it seems like the smell comes from the drain). In general we'd really recommend this apartment, especially to families with young children.

The place was just as described and at a 5 min walk to the metro station to get around Stockholm. We only had a problem regarding the light in the bathroom: having a 3 years old we needed the light to take baths safely. I immediately wrote to the owner, he assured me he would get back to me to fix the problem but we ne vero heat dm from him regarding the issue nor nobody showed up. Otherwise recommended stay if wish to stay in a quite area (just keep in mind that there are few steps to get in, especially if you have a stroller) but be sure first to have some light in the bathroom.

Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Sokakta metro istasyonu ve çok yakından otobüs geçiyor olması harika. Her yere ayrıca yürüme mesafesinde. Ayrıca Andreas çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Tekrar gelsek aynı yerde konaklamayı tercih ederiz.Teşekkürler

Kein klassisches AirBnB in dem Sinne von Privatwohnung, die vermietet wird. Wirkt mehr wie ein ehemaliges Pflegeheim, dass mit Türcodes und Ikea-Möbeln zu einem Self-Service-Hotel umgerüstet wurde.Lage, Größe und Ausstattung des Appartements ist aber alles gut.Die Kommunikation mit Olof ist sehr gut. Er meldet sich rasch und freundlich auf jede Anfrage.Früherer Check-In war gegen Aufzahlung möglich.

A reasonably sized, clean apartment, in a good location. Very pleased with our stay (the only small issue was the lack of sound proofing, with the walls being very thin it was very easy to pick up outside noise)

Great location - close to multiple bus stops making it easy to get around. Grocery store right across the street. Many Great restaurants within walking distance. This place is definitely too small for 6 people as 4 was somewhat tight. Plan ahead for laundry as there are no laundry services available. Also really could have used a microwave.

The interior was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Situated in a fantastic location, it was convenient to explore the nearby attractions. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. However, the only downside was the small bathroom, which might pose a challenge for taller guests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to others.

Great location, perfect stay for a quick visit in sthlm.

Pontus var en mycket bra värd eftersom han alltid svarade snabbt och gav väldigt tydliga och enkla instruktioner. Lägenheten var super fräsch och ligger med prefekt gångavstånd från både byn och backen.
