This studio flat was ideal for my husband and I for a long weekend break in Stockholm. Clean and tidy flat and building. A short walk to some good restaurants with plenty of choice on types of cuisine. Situated next to a lovely park and 5 minutes from the canal where you can have a stroll or in my case a morning run. There are also a few restaurants in this area.

We had a really nice stay at Olof's apartment! Soderlmam is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday in Stockholm! I was so impressed by all the beautiful parks and green areas surrounding the apartment.The only negative note is the smell in the corridors of the building which I think depends on the trash disposal which are close to the elevators.Rather than that, I would definitely recommend this place!

Great location, short walk to St:Eriksplan station and lots of nice restaurants around. Apartment was clean, tidy and easy to access.

The apartment is the same as described. Spacious bathroom. Bus stop and groceries are just in front of the building.

Had a great stay in Stockholm for 3 nights. Frederik provides clear and structured information. The accomodation is about 1h away from the city center, easy to reach.

Olof's apartment was very nice. Both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable, the kitchen well furnished and the bathroom very clean. Check-in was easy and the neighbourhood very quiet. The only problem we encountered was the fridge. It wasn't working properly and we had to throw out the food. Other than that, everything was exactly as described. Really recommended!

Great stay! The location is super central and the neighbourhood is save! Perfect for exchange students, it’s just a few steps from SSE!

Olof made our first vist to Stockholm seamless. He was always extremely responsive and helpful, adding that his home is very conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and public transport! Thank you!

Andrea’s is very responsive to messages and made the stay great. Only thing was that towards night time, the bars below the apartment can be really loud. Other than that, comfortable place to stay and great location.

Logement agréable avec un petit balcon, bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire . Les explications données pour accéder au logement sont claires même pour une arrivée tardive en toute autonomie. Le logement permet d'aller dans le centre de la ville mais en métro. Olof a été à l'écoute des questions et demandes

Great location, great apartment with lots of character. The location on a quiet alley steps from the harbor and all the Gamla Stan sites, shops, and restaurants could not be beat. The place has lots of space, easy access, and well equipped with the comforts of home. Easy self check-in was a plus. The bedrooms and main bathroom are spacious. Note if you have mobility issues, there are many stairs and steps within the flat, and very low doorways to access some of the spaces. Also, the bathtub is lovely but quite awkward for use as a shower. Communication was generally excellent and quick. However, there were not enough bed linens or towels in the flat. Upon using a web link provided to address issues, we received an auto-reply hours later in the middle of the night. However, there was no follow-up and no additional linens were ever received. Somewhat disappointing for the price paid. Overall, however, the apartment was a perfect lcation and quite memorable stay. Recommended!

The apartment was a great place to stay while attending a conference at the Stockholmsmässan. It's close to train and metro stops, has a beautiful location alongside the water, and was clean and comfortable.

Haben es in Andreas Wohnung gut angetroffen. Die Wohnung ist freundlich eingerichtet mit allem, was man so braucht. Sehr guter Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, in 15-20 min ist man in der Innenstadt. Für 4 Erwachsene ideal, ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen
