The studio apartment was exactly as described and it had a lovely view of the water. We loved starting each day by taking the ferry to central Stockholm and it was fairly easy to walk over to Södermalm as well. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the curtains did a good job of keeping out the sunshine from the 4am sunrises! We would happily visit again!

Great location and comfortable apartment. Close to all transportation via slussen and close to bakeries and restaurants. Communication is handled via an agency that uses some sort of standar response chat which isn't the best service but is ok

Eliases place is clean and functional in a fantastic location in one of the best neighborhoods in Södermalm. The neighborhood is great with restaurants and cafes and running trails, plus it’s peaceful but still close to just about everything.Best of all Elias is the best communicator ever. Not only was he constantly in touch, he even sent a number of helpful hints about the Taylor Swift concert since I had mentioned I was going. That was great.

The place is nice, for us, the apartment had everything needed for a short stay. The kitchen was equipped for some smaller cooking. The location of the apartment is great, close to the city center and in a very nice area. Overall the apartment seemed clean, sheets and the bed were clean. It was a little dusty though and there were cockroaches in the apartment. We found few dead ones when we arrived and then during the stay we found few more live ones. Luckily they were not huge, but it was not a nice finding anyway. The host seems not be living in the apartment as it was empty and the communication was automatic. It looks like a company renting the apartment, which is fine, but the first message can be confusing as it's asking you to be considerate to the neighbors. Most neighbors were also tourists, I'd say. The instructions provided by the company were clear and we managed to get to the apartment without any problems., but the hallway was dark with no option to turn on the light.

Logement atypique, tout neuf, immeuble de très belle qualité et appartement à la décoration raffinée. Environnement très calme, charme indéniable de l’accès en centre ville par bateau-bus.

Fantastic location with deep history. As you walk the flights of stairs to the apartment you imagine the generations that did so long before you. Loved opening the windows to overlook old town. Amazing restaurant “17” a few steps away. Easy walk to the Coop for essentials (eggs, milk, etc)All as described. Definitely tight for our family of four mom, dad and 20 yr and 23 yo but we knew that going in. We made it work. Worth it for the location so near to palace and tour boats and many many more. Just lovely.

Veldig fin leilighet, og bra beliggenhet. Skulle gjerne vært mer utstyr på kjøkkenet (glass, tallerkner, bestikk osv), så man kunne laget/spist mat i leiligheten

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Elias place. It’s in a great neighborhood. Very hip yet calm and a nice peaceful break at the end of a full day of touring. Communication was proactive and we felt prepared. We’d love to stay again in the future.

We absolutely loved our visit to Stockholm and staying in the Gamla Stan area was so much fun - great vibe in the neighborhood. Loved the character and charm of Fredrik's apartment and we really appreciate how helpful and responsive he and his team were.

Lovely apartment. Short walk to convention centre which was our goal. Housing area, so quiet and near to a small park. Appreciated the space and facilities and we had a nice stay.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Uns hat es an nichts an der Ausstattung gefehlt. Leider war die Lage sehr ungünstig, wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Man braucht zu allen attraktiven Sehenswürdigkeiten ca. 40 Minuten mit Bus und Bahn, die abends nicht mehr so häufig fahren. Der nächste Lidl war etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das sollte man bedenken. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Fredrik was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. The place was very clean with beautiful views. The neighborhood was very quiet, a bit outside of the heart of Stockholm, and a great getaway from the city during our stay. Highly recommend!

I didn’t have much option during booking due to the event in Stockholm but this place is better than I expected. It matched its description and is clean. Most necessities are available. The living room is big enough. The location is nice as well, given that a bus stop is super close as well as a grocery store.The only downside would be the bed linens are not 100% cotton which my mother was complaining about.

Logement bien.Positive: Emplacement pratique avec un bus pour le centre ville en bas de l immeuble et commerce juste à côté. Surface de l appartement suffisante. Logement calme et reposant. Des petites choses qui nous ont dérangé mais globalement logement très bien.Negative: L immeuble est austère au premier abord. Des couloirs immenses avec des rangées de portes qui font penser à des" cellules". Beaucoup de codes à retenir. Mais au final c est juste une première impression. Pas de lave linge comme précisé dans la description à la réservation. Pas de tv. La salle de bains n etait pas super pratique car l eau partait un peu partout et le sol pouvait devenir glissant. Peut etre pour que le logement soit adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
