We spent some time in the neighborhood until a local resident kindly pointed out the correct building, as the given address (without a number) was inaccurate and there was no visible signage indicating the presence of the apartment hotel. Additionally, we received an entry code that consisted only of numbers, though it later turned out letters were also required, which was not communicated clearly. The absence of a TV and microwave in the apartment was also noticeable. Moreover, there were several messages that needed attention before our stay, which could have been streamlined for a smoother experience.

Positive: Neat, fresh, and tastefully decorated in all its simplicity. The location in Söder is perfect, especially if you're heading to a concert or similar event at one of the arenas near Globen. Great value. Comfortable beds. It’s very convenient to have an apartment with a refrigerator and the option for simple cooking if desired.Negative: There were numerous email instructions to follow before and during the stay. Some of the initial directions regarding the entrance were somewhat unclear, which caused some difficulty getting in at first (the initial code provided for the gate was missing letters; later in the email the correct code was clearly indicated).

Really great location with lots of fantastic restaurants and bars. Good grocery stores nearby and easy access to public transport. Elias was very proactive in communicating and very responsive to any questions. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in one of Elias’s properties again if I went back to Stockholm. We were a family of 3 that went for a skiing weekend in Åre. The apartment was nice, modern and clean. Has all you need to enjoy your time. I will recommend to stay here. Kim answered my questions very fast. You have to fill a check in form. A plus that you don't need to take linens and towels.
