Great location with easy access to the slopes and lifts right into Åre's system. The apartment shows some wear with loose handles and a somewhat unstable sofa, and the absence of an oven or freezer makes cooking at home a bit more challenging.Nonetheless, it is a perfectly acceptable accommodation and I would be happy to stay here again.

The environment is great, and I am very grateful. Everything is new, the house is spacious, and the bed is large and comfortable. The lighting is excellent! Plus, there’s a washing machine and an elevator, making check-in very convenient! The only downside is that getting to the city center isn’t very easy. Overall, it’s really good and offers great value for money! I will definitely be coming back!

A wonderful, clean, and affordable hotel for solo travelers. But not for couples =) Positive: I really appreciated that the hotel features a cozy lobby and a fully automated registration system – during check-in and check-out we didn’t have any direct contact with anyone, which was incredibly convenient.Another highlight was the shared kitchen: you can easily prepare your own breakfast, which is especially valuable since there aren’t many good restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, including olive oil, salt, and sugar... The hotel is relatively new, clean, and furnished with quality furniture. It’s conveniently located—just a minute’s walk from the train station, where trains often run directly to the center of Stockholm. It’s worth mentioning the workspace: if you’re traveling with a laptop, you’ll find a comfortable desk and chair, something that is often missing in other hotels.Negative: Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel, though we did notice a few minor points.- The frying pans in the kitchen were in need of improvement – they tended to burn food easily and made cooking a bit challenging. This, for example, made it difficult to prepare an omelette to perfection.- We felt that there could have been more signage in the kitchen to indicate where things should be placed.- The bed in the room was a bit narrow for two people – it was about 120–130 cm wide, which is perfect for one person but might be a little tight for a couple. This is understandable since these rooms are primarily designed for individual stays. It would be helpful if this was noted on the booking page so that couples know what to expect.- The water drainage in the shower was not optimal, and the windows could not be properly opened – only slightly for minimal ventilation.- The flashing light of the router was a bit disturbing at night.

2 min walk to the tram station, and host is very responsive. place is bit small for two people, ideal for one person. 30 minutes to the Stockholm central Station. place is very clean and well organised.
