Had a great stay at Olof’s apartment in the old town part of Stockholm called Gamle Stan.The apartment was fantastic full of all the things that you would need just like your own house. The kitchen was super clean and a coffee machine fantastic for the mornings. Bathroom was clean and big lovely big bath to lay in after waking the streets of Stockholm. Would stay again on the next trip to Stockholm. Olof, was very quick to answer any questions or queries, very friendly and professional.

Vid incheckning så saknades nyckelkortet i boxen, på grund av en mindre miss. Kontaktade Pontus som snabbt ordnade så att någon kom dit och lämnade ett nyckelkort till mig. Gick snabbt och smidigt. Rummet var perfekt för mig som reste själv. Fräscht badrum och toppen med kyl och spis.

Nos quedamos 3 noches. Eramos 2 personas. Es un apartamento pequeño y con luz natural, pero con todo lo necesario. El baño es muy pequeño, solo cabe una persona dentro pero es funcional. El barrio es más tranquilo y menos turístico que el centro (Gamla Stan) del cual se encuentra a 20 min caminando, pero sigue siendo bastante animado. Hay supermercados y muchos bares/restaurantes cerca. La descripción coincide con lo que te encuentras al llegar y tanto al check-in como al check-out las instrucciones de Elias fueron claras. Como punto a añadir no estaría mal incluir una cafetera entre los utensilios de cocina. Nos volveríamos a alojar en él para una estancia corta.

Location was very good. You are able to reach almost everything by foot :)

Great place to stay - amazing area, right in the heart of cool restaurants and bars etc etc. The google maps location is a bit different to the actual location so finding it on the first day was a bit tough but we got there in the end, and once we double checked the photos sent to us it was easy to find. The building itself is a bit interesting, but felt very safe.

Mycket trevlig, fin och bra utrustad lgh ca 7-8 min gångväg till Tege. Bra och korrekt information från Tim.

Éramos tres personas, la casa estaba muy bien, limpia y ordenada. Olof nos facilitó toda la información que debíamos conocer sobre la casa (calefacción, reciclaje, llaves...).Lo único que echamos en falta fueron algunas cosas que creemos que son básicas que haya en un apartamento de alquiler: un microondas, sal, aceite y vinagre, azúcar.

Die Unterkunft war in einer sehr guten Lage, man konnte alles relativ schnell erreichen. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in mit olof war sehr gut, er hat alles perfekt beschrieben und es gab nichts zu bemängeln!

Very nice apartment with an excellent view of the town and a nice hangout area.

Vi hadde et flott opphold. Stedet var som beskrevet. Og circa 10 min gange til T-bane stasjon. Flotte restauranter rett over veien!

Allt fungerade toppen, enda nackdelen är att köket inte är optimalt för att laga mat i. Hade varit tacksamt att ha mer städgrejer till hands för längre vistelser. Men jättebra läge och fräscht boende överlag!

Je recommande l’appartement, bon quartier et en face d’un supermarché. Tout était propre. Seul points à noter: il n’y a pas de rideau dans la cuisine et donc la lumière du soleil arrive dans le salon (pour ceux qui dorment sur le canapé lit, de très bonne qualité d’ailleurs).

Fin stuga med allt man behöver för en trevlig semester. Härlig bastu och perfekt med närheten till backen. Kim är en bra värd som återkopplar snabbt och lämnar tydliga instruktioner.

Bra boende nära backe

Schöne Wohnung. Gute Lage. Gebäude etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Super Preis -Leistung. Würde sie wieder nehmen
