Formidable! I ❤️ 🇸🇪Positive: The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, clean, and well arranged. The bedding is excellent, even the sofa bed, which is impressive considering I’m particular about my sleep. Unfortunately, there is renovation work taking place in the neighboring apartments (which should likely be finished in a few weeks), so there was a bit of noise in the mornings, but apart from that, both the building and the neighborhood are very peaceful, plus there is a fantastic convenience store right across the street open from very early until late, along with great public transportation. The management is responsive, accommodating, and very friendly! Despite the initial hiccup with the code and the renovations, the value for money is undeniable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. And there are plenty of restaurants everywhere! There’s a very good chance I’ll choose this accommodation again when I return to Stockholm (a wonderful city, as is the country and its people!).Negative: There was an issue with the apartment door code upon arrival, which didn’t work (a bit inconvenient in the evening!) ... but the problem was resolved quickly 😉.The team is not onsite and there was no direct contact person, only communication via messaging (or telephone in case of urgency)... but they are very prompt nevertheless! They are available 24/7 and extremely accommodating—which is what really matters! 😊There is a slight shortage of dishware... Some bowls would be welcome for breakfast. And perhaps one or two IKEA pieces in the bathroom (one under-sink cabinet and one shelf) to store belongings? ... as there is plenty of space 😉.It might be a little far from the center (on foot)? But it’s less expensive and quieter than in the center... It all depends on what you’re looking for (tranquility or liveliness), how you plan to get around, what you intend to do in Stockholm, and your budget 😉.

We enjoyed our stay a lot in Olof’s place. Location and neighbourhood were equally great, being only a few steps away from the metro station, and 4 stops away from Central. Building was quite historic and cool as well. Highly recommend.

Small but perfectly designed space for 2 people. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything that you would need. Right next to the ski-lift and only a short walk downtown or to the nearby tram that would take you both up and down to town. Perfect weekend stay in the Tott complex!

Our stay was very pleasant! The area is quiet and the downtown is easily accessible by bus. The apartment was well-equipped and clean.

Fantastic long weekend in Åre!

It’s a great place to be peaceful and it was warms. It’s near to the metro. Beautiful surroundings, the lake was close to walk along. It has everything you need to cook a meal.

Had a great stay! Excellent location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the subway. The accommodation was clean and fresh. Check-in was very smooth, etc.The only downside—and the sole reason I rated it 4.5 stars instead of 5—is that the sofa bed was rather uncomfortable for its kind; it tilted inward, causing you to roll toward the middle. This can be a bit challenging if two people are sharing it, especially if you’d prefer not to sleep together on a loft since there isn’t any barrier or railing next to the bed. Otherwise, everything was fantastic! Thank you ✨🙏🏻

The accommodation was enjoyable. The location of the house was very good. However, as mentioned in previous reviews, the bathroom-toilet is truly extremely small. Those planning to stay here should take this into consideration. Additionally, the instructions provided by the host for finding the apartment were a bit lacking. After getting off at Mariatorget station, the apartment is actually very close. However, it is important to take the correct exit. If you exit on the side by the police station instead of the other side, it will be a 5-minute walk to the apartment. The other exit makes the distance considerably longer. It might be a good idea to include this information in the directions.
