Perfekt lägenhet för en vistelse i Björnen. Lätt att ta sig till och från backarna, vi hade snö så att vi t.o.m. kunde åka (nedför) ända fram till dörren. Härlig balkong i soligt läge. Köket hade allt vi behövde för att laga mat. Fräscht och fint!

Die Unterkunft ist im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Besonders schön ist die zentrale Lage der Wohnung. Insgesamt könnte etwas an der Ausstattung verbessert werden, es hingen z.B. keine Rauchmelder an der Decke, es gab keinen kleinen Mülleimer im Bad und kein WLAN (das war besonders schade weil wir in der Wohnung keinen Mobilempfang hatten). Die Küchenzeile ist reparaturbedürftig, im Kühlschrank wurde etwas mit Klebeband gesichert. Das macht den Gesamteindruck der Wohnung leider ein bisschen kaputt. Dennoch ist die Wohnung völlig ausreichend und gemütlich für einen Städtetrip nach Stockholm.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr zentraler Lage. Es kamen sehr regelmäßig Bahnen, mit denen man in 10 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum gelangen konnte. Der Kontakt mit Andreas war außerdem sehr nett und er war ein guter Gastgeber.

we loved staying in this adorable apartment. Located in the heart of Gamla Stan, right around the corner from the Novel museum and a few short blocks from the main shopping area, it managed to be a peaceful and private place. Note 3 flights of winding stairs. very secure, good water pressure, fast wifi, and most of all delicious coffee!

Mycket fint boende

The apartment is charming, modern and pleasant to live in.It is very well located, everything is quickly accessible on foot. Also the host responds quickly which is great.The only downside for me would be the daylight easily entering the room which woke me up in the morning (the light is hidden but not enough in my opinion).

Great location, close to the town and ski lifts. Even equipped with plates and mugs and cleaning supplies for washing dishes which made it easy to have some simple meals at the Airbnb. All in all, quite good.

Roslags näsby är under uppbyggnad med mycket nybyggnationer. I närområdet finns kanske inte så mycket att göra men transportmässigt erbjuds goda möjligheter med tät trafik med Roslagsbanan (1 min promenad) samt buss till Stockholm och norrut vid Roslags näsbys trafikplats (10 min promenad). Täby Centrum är ett stort modernt köpcentrum och från Viggbyholm finns möjlighet till en trevligt promenad runt Rönningesjön (ca 8km runt). Boendet var rent men ganska litet. Personligen hade jag lite problem med kudden som erbjöds, hade varit positivt med alternativ. Hade varit positivt med möjlighet till att tillaga mer än en kopp te på boende samt mikro vid matplatserna på bottenvåningen. En fungerande kaffemaskin som lagar gott kaffe för en rimlig peng tror jag skulle uppskattas. Gemensamhetsytor erbjuder matbord, TV, soffor, arkadspel, pingis, gamingrum & tvättmaskin. Vissa till extra kostnad och nere i källaren. Mycket uppskattat att allt var så rent och fräscht. Kommer säkert tillbaka!

The location of the house is very nice, ideal for two people and Elias can be contacted quickly. There was only a problem with the heating system and although it was so cold, the central system heating did not work, we informed the landlord about the situation, but the situation was not resolved during our stay. However, we were able to warm up with a catalytic stove, which unfortunately was not enough. It is also thought-provoking that there is no hair dryer in such a cold place.

Free of stress, Andreas was very helpful and I felt like if I was to have any issues then he would do his best to sort them out. I would book again!

Nice and clean place close to the slopes and Åre center

Great place to stay! Had everything that was needed, very clean, and perfect location.

Pontus var helt super 🦸‍♂

The place is a true ski in-and-out. It was very easy to get out of the apartment and right into the slopes via the bridge on the top floor. Everything was clean and we had all we needed. Pontus was also very quick to reply.

Flott sted midt i Åre Sentrum med kort vei til ski, restauranter og opplevelse. God dialog med verten og leiligheten hadde de fasiliteter den lovte😊. Vi kommer veldig gjerne igjen!

En mycket trevlig lägenhet. 50meter ifrån närmaste buss plats.
