Everything went smoothly, the apartment is as in the photos. Would stay there again.

We very much enjoyed staying at Olof's beautiful place, which was exactly as described in the listing and in the photos. It is such a peaceful place to stay, quiet and beautifully decorated, whe also being walking distance to the waterfront and the many shops and Cafe's of the Södermalm neighborhood, and also a grocery store on the other side of the street. Loved the location because it was close to Stockholm downtown and Gamla stan, but felt a lot more cozy. Check in is simple, just follow the instructions, which are very clearly given. Olof was always quick to respond to any queries I had :) thanks for a fantastic stay!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben - alles sauber und ein einfacher Check-in bzw. Check-Out. Auch die Lage war super, denn man war schnell in der Innenstadt, aber hatte eine ruhige Gegend. Wir empfehlen sie auf jeden Fall weiter.

Andrea’s place was beautiful! The apartment was very spacious and looked even better than the photos. Andreas was a great host & provided helpful & clear instructions & was always responsive. The location is great with the metro a few minutes away and plenty of great cafes & restaurants around.

Flat is spacious, clean and in a quiet area, where you can hear the birds in the morning. Mattress was a bit soft for us. Basic but had most things we needed, there is no iron or dishwasher tablets. Check-in was smooth. ~5min walk to the bus stop or metro making commuting to centre easy.

Positive: Fantastic Experience

We are all liked very much the green environment and properties’ condition.Positive: The location is very good. It is very close to the metro station and bus stop, which you need to explore the whole city. Grocery shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Neighbouring a very nice park. If you have small children, you don't need to go anywhere else. You can do all kinds of sports in the park.Negative: Check-in time is too late 😁 TV can be included.

Nice stayPositive: Apartment was at perfect location.Easily accessble to gamla stan n tallink cruise via bus 76.Supermarlet coop infront of building.Apartment was clean and spacious.Good for 4 people.I travelled with kid and found no issues within the apartment.Negative: 1.Lift was not working.Because of which we need to take the stairs and carry heavy pram till 2nd floor.2.There are so many codes to enter the building.one at front door,then for staircase and for lift n definetly for rooms it is required.3.It would be excellent if host put atleast a packet of salt n sugar.🙂

Eine wunderbare Wohnung!

Upon arrival we encountered a few issues; the apartment was unfortunately not tidied by the housemaid/washing agency. I will however focus more on how the host handled this information- because I'm convinced he had good intents with high focus on quality and comfort and this seems like a one time incident, which can happen to everyone. We informed the host about the state of the apartment and within an hour, despite being pretty late we got a swift response with someone who clearly cared for our wellbeing. They also apologized for the inconvenience- and we got moved over to a different unit.This all happened within the span of 2 hours and updates were given rapidly. The new unit we received was great, absolutely no complaints and I believe that's the standard that would normally be held. All things considered, despite the little incident in the beginning we had a great stay! I can highly recommend this host and you will certainly be in good hands.

Great place, elevator is a little confusing sometimes but the apartment itself is great. Kind of far from the main attractions but the public transportation is super easy to use and made for easy and quick travel to wherever we wanted to go.

Mooi en comfortabel appartement in een rustige omgeving en gebouw.

Enjoyed my stay. Large bathroom and kitchen, clean and at the centre of fun things and attractions. Olof was responsive and communicated well. Everything worked and the place was very comfortable. Perhaps a TV is warranted for the times I wanted to relax and stay inside. Also, a small gift to welcome new customers would make the place very welcoming. I’d stay here again for sure. Cheers 🙂
