Fantastiskt bra kommunikation från värden!Lägenheten är mindre än bilderna visar och behöver lite kärlek. Sängen och soffan är för hårda.Jättefint område med nära till det mesta man behöver. Matbutik precis utanför dörren.

Andreas är en mycket bra och hjälpsam värd som hjälpte mig att fixa och lösa problem när de uppstod. Rekommenderas varmt.

The Airbnb is a good value despite snafus checking in.To enter the main building door, you need to download the Parakey App on your phone, which has the electronic key. However, when we arrived right at check-in time at 3PM the app said that I have key access starting at 10PM. Errors do happen, so I messaged the host. After 5 minutes of no response I called the number listed on the booking-- this went straight to voicemail. The Parakey app host profile had the number of another co-host(?), who did pick up the phone. He didn't have Parakey admin credentials though, but he did forward our issue and we finally got the electronic key 30 minutes after arrival. We were not in a huge rush at the time, but had we had something scheduled afterwards, or if it were raining, then this would have been very very uncomfortable and inconvenient. Also, we were granted different key credentials listed under different flat numbers, leading to confusion as to which flat which flat was our Airbnb.

Eigentlich war es toll, aber für mich ist unverständlich, dass es in so einer Wohnung kein WLAN gibt. Mit einem solchen WLAN hätte ich wohl nur die besten Punkte vergeben.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt :)Es gibt aber ein paar Punkte, die Verbesserungspotential haben:1) In den ersten Tagen wussten wir nicht, dass es „nur“ einen Eingang gibt (aber es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten!). Jedenfalls sind wir einmal um halb eins in der Nacht zur Unterkunft gekommen, aber der Lift ging nicht und wir hatten keinen Code für die Treppen. Glücklicherweise kam jemand, der den Code für die Treppen hatte, sodass wir hineingelangen konnten.2) Der Abfluss im Badezimmer hat etwas gerochen.3) Es wäre toll gewesen, wenn man uns ein paar Tipps oder hilfreiche Informationen mitgegeben hätte.Aber im großen und ganzen war es toll! :)

Nice apartment and in a nice zone. everything was fine and the self checking was fantastic!

The location in the beautiful old town, walking distance to many attractions made our stay very special. The apartment is in an old historic building, fresh clean bedding, bathroom and kitchen… and a wonderful coffee machine and washing machine…. A perfect stay, thank you Elias 🙏

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood and quiet building. Close to public transportation (T-Bana, bus, train). Elin and Jostein were excellent hosts, providing us with information quickly whenever we contacted them. The apartment is very nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nice and matched with what was shown on the page. The host was extremely helpful and provided very, very precise directions and instructions about everything. The only issue was that there was no linen, only a duvet that had a small stain on it as well. Also, there was a construction site exactly outside of the apartment, which was a) the only view we had, b) noisy from around 7:00 in the morning. One thing that might not be obvious from the photos, is that the one of the two bedrooms doesn't have any windows. In any case, I would recommend it!

Fint boende i bra läge. Tyvärr funkade inte hissen men det löste sig genom att vi kunde använda hissen i uppgången intill.

Everything went easy and well. Place was nice and clean. Neighborhood was quiet. We travelled with children. We recommend the place.

El departamento estaba impecable, con una bella decoracion, lo que lo hizo muy acogedor. El anfitrion siempre respondio a la brevedad, ante las consultas realizadas.Solo como sugerencia, deberian proporcionar el papel higienico y la renovacion de toallas.Todo lo demas, perfecto. Fue una muy grata experiencia.

Positive: Comfortable and modern environment. Quiet, the kitchen had everything you needed. A nice bonus for the hostel - shampoo and shower gel. Cleanliness everywhere, in the room and in the lobbyNegative: The room was very cold. Apparently, the ventilation was turned on too much and there was no way to adjust it. There was no hairdryer, this was indicated, but I did not expect that this needed to be checked. The pillow was also uncomfortable, but that's a matter of taste))

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung, das hat gut funktioniert. Die Baustelle wird noch etwas dauern (es wird eine neue Bahnlinie gebaut), war aber angegeben und stellte für uns kein Problem dar, da unsere Kinder uns eh früher wecken. Zudem haben unsere Kinder es geliebt, diese zu beobachten. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein fantastischer Spielplatz. Wir haben alles so wie auf den Bildern vorgefunden, wir haben täglich gekocht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Super war der überdachte kleine Balkon. Man ist nicht im quirligen Teil von Södermalm, aber ist total schnell dort. Die Umgebung ist ruhiger, aber es gibt ein paar schöne Restaurants um die Ecke. Ich würde die Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen.
