Logement très propre et confortable. semblable à un hôtel. dans un immeuble chic et décoré avec goût. très lumineux et aéré. quand j'ai vu la distance avec le Gamla Stan j'ai eu peur en voyant le temps qui me semblait long, mais il ne faut pas s'y arrêté. Le transport est un vrai charme et il fait bon de se retirer de l'action le soir venu.Pour moi qui a toujours très chaud, j'ai dormi avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Le bruit du train peut être dérangeant pour certains, mais les passages sont limités pendant la nuit, donc pas de dérangement pour nous.nous étions 4 adultes et un enfant de 4 ans et avons tous très bien dormi.Merci Andreas pour le logement. je recommande

A great stay! Place felt clean and looked just like the photos, wifi was super strong, location was super close to the ferry, busses, and train. Self check in was easy and clear. Responsive host. Would stay again!

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung, klein aber gemütlich. Die Küchenausstattung war okay, aber wäre ausbaufähig. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, Wohnung war sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Great place for me and my partner to stay for a few nights. Had everything we needed for making our own meals with a small shop across the road which was well stocked. Quiet area which was nice for us to be somewhere away from the main city areas, but still had restaurants within walking distance and was well connected with a ferry port near by, local buses and about a 15 minute walk from the nearest metro stop. Would definitely recommend!

Zeer komplete woning. Goeie plek om Stockholm en omgeving te verkennen. Treinstation dichtbij, zodat je gemakkelijk de stad in kan gaan. Mooie stad en veel te beleven.

Quartier un peu bruyant compensé par les services à proximité.Pas de double rideau à la fenêtre de la cuisine, gênant quand le jour se lève à 3h.Équipement cuisine pas toujours adapté.Peu de rangements, pas gênant en ce qui me concerne car séjour court et j étais seule.

We stayed at Olof’s place for a short vacation.Pros: Location is great. Spacious apartment. Good value for money.Cons: I received an excessive amount of messages asking if I wanted to purchase add ons (eg early check in) which felt very impersonal and corporate. I was directed to an entrance where the lift wasn’t working and had to carry my heavy bag up multiple flights of stairs. It would have been nice to have a few basic cooking supplies provided like salt and oil.

Perfect apartment in nice neighbourhood, close to the water and cafes and restaurants. Olof was very communicative and nice. Only downside was there was only 1 towel, but that was a minor issue. Thank you so much!

Good place to stay. Very close to all things to do in Stockholm. Also close to public transport, restaurants and bars. Some things that can be improved include are providing washer dryer and a TV.

A really great stay here, with clear instructions on checking in as well as a property that matched its description. The property was completely spotless and beautifully decorated. Really peaceful surroundings with good travel connections! I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Stockholm.

The WiFi should be fixed. Initially it was included in the booking, and after a day we arrived, the WiFi could not be connected and we were told to be “WiFi is not included”. However, we did receive the WiFi password prior we arrived. After I told Andreas, he said he could provide check-up for the WiFi. It was a bit inconvenient to us, so we refused. Therefore, the instability of the WiFi should be taken into consideration. The decoration of the house was not as much as in the photos as provided. All kitchen appliances were installed. If microwave oven was installed would be delighted. The transportation is quite convenient to the Stockholm C and 15 mins to the metro station.The supermarkets are near too, and the one nearby provide post service too. It is a quiet neighborhood. If provided with more rubbish bags would be better. Also, it more shelves installed in the bathroom would be better as there is just a sink for putting the stuff. Overall, it is a great place and comfortable

We spent few days at this spacy and light apartment and it worked for us very well. Nice area with some good restaurants and perfect connections by bus. Olof made us feel welcome and offered flexible check-in an -out times (€). The property felt safe and we didn't find the construction work disturbing while staying.
