Great apartment, has the needed necessities but the kitchen was a little light. There was no salt, pepper or oil for cooking.

Very nice and spacious place to stay in a cool area of Stockholm, close to trendy spots but remote enough to be quiet at night. The place is nicely design in what clearly used to be a hospital building (elevators and hallways are a little off-putting). The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well-equipped, although just a few more small details (basics like salt and cooking oil, kitchen towels) would make it really perfect.Olof was very kind, proactive and the instructions were very clear.Would stay here again and recommend it!

Perfect location and beautiful view from the room. Affordable accommodation good value for the money. Pontus is a good host he helped in every way possible.

Andreas’ lägenhet var utmärkt och mycket prisvärd. Den var välstädad, bekväm och hade alla nödvändiga faciliteter för en trevlig vistelse. Läget var också perfekt, med enkel tillgång till lokala bekvämligheter och kollektivtrafik. Andreas var en utmärkt värd, snabb att svara på meddelanden och mycket hjälpsam under hela vår vistelse. Jag kan starkt rekommendera denna lägenhet till andra resenärer.

Mycket lugnt och stilla. Vi har sovit mycket bra. Rent och välstädat. Det uppskattades mycket. Underbart att det var så nära SL-båten.

There was a little problem when I arrived but they fixed very quickly! I would love to come back, the studio it’s beautiful and closed to nature and all the services need it. Definitely recommend this one.!

Great place to stay

We had a lovely stay at Elias’s apartment. Easy to get to, as it is well linked. In the hipster area of Stockholm, so lots of bars, cafes and restaurants - it is only a 15 minute walk from the old city. The apartment itself was as described, perfectly sized for two people. The toilet can seem a bit tight but it’s fine and there is a separate shower that is perfectly sized. Overall, very good stay and very pleased with the appartement!

Great place in quiet and beautiful area. Supermarkets and groceries at a walking distance and very well connected through regular buses and train. Good distance to city centre and very safe area.Very good and friendly communication with Olof and other residents were very friendly. Absolutely worth it and totally recommended!!!

Pleasant and quiet accomodation. Recommended !

Olof was a great host. Only issue when we were there (mid June 2024) is that elevator was not always working. This was not a problem but could be for someone who could not climb two stories of a circular staircase with a suit case. If this is a concern, check with Olof as this may have been a temporary issue.

Amazing! Great location, restaurants and cafes within 5 minute walk. Public transport close by. Clean, safe, private apartment with comfortable beds. Easy check in. Very responsive and friendly host. I would love to come back!

A very modern, practical accomodation. Bed is foldable and VERY comfortable. Everything was effortless. Recommended!
