Skøn og hyggelig lejlighed i den rolige, hyggelige del af Södermalm. Det var super let at komme omkring til områdets bedste områder, opleve slow fashion distriktet som Södermalm er kendt for, og finde dejlige restauranter og vinbarer. Det var let at finde togstationer og komme videre ind i andre af byens smukke distrikter. Boligen i sig selv var flot og en dejlig størrelse for to, sikkert med plads til to mere. Vi nød at være her og satte stor pris på Olofs hjælp og proaktive instruktioner. Her kommer vi gerne igen!

Nice flat in an nice and calm neignbourhood.

The studio flat is lovely. The location provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The flat itself was beautifully furnished, featuring modern and stylish decor. Despite its compact size, it was well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The kitchenette had all the necessary appliances and utensils. While the bathroom was quite small, we didn't find it to be a problem or an inconvenience. It was clean, functional, and served its purpose well. One of the highlights of our stay was the proximity to a nice pub and restaurant nearby. The establishment was well-attended and with friendly staff. Overall, this studio flat is a goog choice for anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

Great place to stay - but be mindful there’s a lot of steps to take (3 stories and no elevator since it’s a historical building). But honestly the view was amazing and the place was very clean. Fredrik was very helpful as well!

The apartment was exactly as described and Olof responded very quickly to all our questions. Overall the apartment was clean and spacious, especially the bathroom. The entrance was also safe and we felt secure while staying there since there were security codes on all doors. Sometimes you could hear the neighbors if they were very loud, but overall it was quiet, especially during the night.

The apartment was very good, the location was perfect with good access to public transport and city Center and supermarkets and restaurants. The beds and towels were clean , and the rooms also clean.The kitchen and fridge were clean . Good renting price for Stockholm city, There were things to improve: windows situation, in general. Better equipment to make the room dark in Stockholm summer , when the sun raise at 3:30 am 😁The sealing of the shower glass wall was broken and water runs out of shower area.

Die Wohnung war hübsch ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich scheinbar in einem alten Krankenhaus, dessen alte Zimmer jetzt für die Vermietung genutzt werden. Das Gebäude und auch das Bad erinnert einen an ein Krankenzimmer, aber das macht nichts. Es war sehr sauber und von dort aus hatte man eine gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Auch die Bars und Restaurants sind nicht weit und nur 2 min zum Wasser. Vielen Dank.

Lovely traditional apartment, close to shops and train station. Bathroom is a little old but the rest of the place is lovely.

We had an amazing time in Stockholm and Fredrik’s place was perfect - spacious with a large living room / diner / kitchen and three separate bedrooms so plenty of space for three couples. It’s located very close to the number 1 bus stop which was perfect for exploring the city - we had a great time there!

Todo fue correcto aunque solo habia 5 platos llanos y 5 hondos para 5 personas. Nos sorprendió un poco. Y hechamos de menos un poco de papel de cocina. El resto bien. El dia que nos marchabamos a las 10am ya o habia agua caliente para la ducha una hora antes. Nos extraño mucho
