Sentralt og enkelt å finne frem. Heis påå til 3 erg. Nøkkelboks rett utenfor. Enkelt kjøkken og ei 150 seng. Badet var det eneste å sette fingeren på. Veldig veldig lite og vond lukt fra sluk. Men ei grei leilighet for 1 eller 2 perspner for å utforske Stockholm noen dager.

Best choice for this price, located in quiet area, metro station is 10 min of walk away. Only issue might be one small pan and pot which may cause difficulties in bigger dishes preparation.

Nice place, clear instructions before check-in. Perfect location, different bus lines direct to the city center, supermarket in front of the place and several bars and restaurants nearby. I would easily stay there again. I missed a television, but this is personal taste, it was written in the profile that TV was not included.

There was some unexpected loud noise in the morning (at 8am) due to construction. Other than that the apartment was clean and in a peaceful neighborhood. The walk to the apartment was quite long (the hallways were extremely long and dark at night). The apartment had a weird smell.

The apartment is cozy, very well located, well equiped, the host is nice and communicates well. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

My stay at Olof's was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described, and I received all the necessary instructions for access. The location is great, allowing a 10-minute walk to the subway station, with a bus stop practically right outside the door. The apartment has a well-stocked kitchen, and we found everything clean and tidy!

We zijn met vier personen voor drie nachten in dit appartement geweest. Lekker ruim, trein naar Stockholm op loopafstand. Omgeving rustig. Het appartement is nieuw, brandschoon en waarschijnlijk (door de nieuwigheid) daardoor nog wat onpersoonlijk. Maar zelf een bloemetje in de vaas gezet en de koelkast gevuld. Prima! Zeker aan te raden.Lydia

Andreas' place was conveniently situated, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It also had free parking and was well-connected to local transportation. His communication was professional and provided all the necessary details. Overall, it was worth the money.

Really loved the location and everything around it. Had a problem with the Wifi during the stay.

Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre historique. La literie est confortable mais les oreillers sont à changer ainsi que les poêles dont le revêtement s’écaille.Pour résumer, cet appartement est idéal pour dormir mais il n’est pas vraiment adapté si vous avez prévu de cuisiner ou vous relaxer sous la sous la douche.

ich kann nur was gutes erzählen. die Größe und die Lage der Wohnung waren traumhaft. um die Ecke könnt ihr die besten Croissants der Stadt essen. Olof war sehr schnell zu erreichen. vielen Dank für alles.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Stockholm et n'étions au logement que le soir pour dormir Les + :- environnement très calme- logement pratique et propre- instructions pour arrivée/départ très claires Les - :- contact très automatisé avec les procédures d'arrivée et de départ - formulaire avant arrivée à remplir qui demande une photo et le lien d'un réseau social- pas de micro-ondes ou four dans le logement- logement plus "joli" en photos qu'en vrai, l'ambiance du logement et bâtiment fait très ancien hôpital

The flat was spotless and check in easy. My phone would only receive the first half of Elias’ texts for some reason but he was very flexible and responsive and we had no problem communicating. The flat is at the back of the building so was quiet even with the windows open. It was fully equipped and very easy to feel at home. Being central made getting around Stockholm simple, we mostly walked everywhere. Good restaurants very close by, and lovely old style Swedish restaurant at the end of the street. I would be happy to rent from Elias again.

We had a nice stay :) We only would have wished for a little more equipped kitchen, but that didn’t influence our stay dramatically. The connection to the city centre was at all times of the day really good, also the near located lakeside is worth a visit ☺️

A lovely big apartment in a fantastic location, close to amazing restaurants and bars. Comfy beds and sofas.

Alles gut. Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas größer sein für 6 Personen (Pfannen und Töpfe).

Great location, small apartment with a super small bathroom. Andreas was really helpful, always responsive and with clear instructions.
