Great little apartment. Newly renovated. Fantastic location on Södermalm in easy walking distance to great restaurants, bakeries, cafes and pubs. The Slussen metro station is just a few minutes away, while the old town of Gammla Stan is also just down the road. The apartment is on the fifth floor, which makes it light and quiet, and there's also a small lift to take you there. Large TV in the living room and fast internet access, which is great for a very rainy day. The bed and bedroom are on the small side, but the bed itself is nice to sleep in and good for two people. Highly recommended.

Boendet låg väldigt bra till med närhet till liften, och enkelt att åka hem från afterskiin på Fjällgården. En fin lägenhet med det man behöver för en weekend i Åre.

Mycket bra värd, enkel att få tag på vid behov.

We had a great stay. The location was good and quiet. Had a big list of options for coffee, and brunch. Some work was happening in a neighbouring flat, which felt like they would drill through the hole but it's not the hosts fault.

Vi hade Pontus som värd och fick bo i hans jättefina studio! Det var städat, fräscht, nära till allt och allt var bara toppen. Rekommenderar verkligen ☺️

Fint och smidigt boende

Fint boende med toppenläge. Minus att det saknades kaffebryggare Kan varmt rekommendera boendet

Riktigt bra boende för skidåkning, ski in - ski out direkt utanför dörren och en kort promenad på 5-7 minuter till byn med restauranger och butiker. Rent och fräscht, välstädat, trevlig värd med snabba svar och fin utsikt. Rekommenderar starkt!

House and location are nice. Central heating system is a bit problem if you travel with a baby. What might be warm for local people can be cold for a foreigner. You dont have control on heating and it might be cold for a baby

Ser ud som på billederne.Det eneste som var at bide mærke i, var at lyset på soveværelset ikke virkede, kun natlampen.Ellers rigtig fin bolig, med et parkeringshus i nærheden. :))

Un grand T1 rénové dans un quartier tranquille. Deux lignes de bus à proximité immediate, le métro a moins de 10 minutes à pied. Un supermarché à 50 mètres

We had a situation, beyond Andreas's control, that prevented us from getting in when scheduled. That said, he went above expectations to make it right, which we deeply appreciated. The place was lovely and clean. The location was great, just a short walk to the Slussen ferry and the subway, and it was on one of the beautiful narrow streets Gamla Stan is known for. The backside of the apartment is along the busiest street so there was some extra noise, but it didn't bother us (we were there on weekdays in April). A small grocery store, Coop, was close by and allowed us to have breakfast foods and snacks on hand, which was really nice. We would stay there again.

Well-furnished aparthotel partway up the hillside of Åre with ski-in ski-out access to the Tottliften T-bar (across the bridge on level 4) and walking distance to the Bergbana funicular. There was ample equipment for cooking, along with an oven and freezer, though no cooking oil, pepper or any other ingredients are provided and we had to buy those from the ICA supermarket next to the train station. The apartment was clean on arrival, although no cleaning service or replacement bedlinen was provided during our stay. The room was well-heated, and there was also a small heat rack in the toilet with enough space for our ski socks and gloves.Slightly annoyingly, we were refused a request for more garbage bags and toilet paper and had to purchase those ourselves. The hotel is also not the easiest to reach on foot with luggage from the train station, especially if the Bergbana is closed. These were nevertheless minor inconveniences given the easy access to the ski slopes.
