Väldigt fint boende, fin utsikt, rent och fräscht. Det enda negativa var att det luktade väldigt mycket avlopp från duschen. Smidigt att checka in och ut.

Insgesamt handelt es sich hierbei um eine sehr schön und modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einer angenehm ruhigen Gegend. Die Altstadt ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln allerdings einfach und unkompliziert zu erreichen und auch der Gastgeber ist leicht zu kontaktieren, falls man eine Frage hat. Ein winzig kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass die Wohnung manchmal etwas hellhörig war, dies fiel jedoch nicht weiter ins Gewicht. Mein Reisebegleiter und ich waren insgesamt super zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

My stay here was fantastic! Fredrik is super responsive and friendly and tries to accommodate you as much as he can, providing you with lots of options regarding backage drop offs prior to check-in. The apartment is beautiful and made my stay in Stockholm the perfect getaway. You will also not find a place with a better location than this one. Walking out of the door you're right in the middle of beautiful Östermalm, restaurants, food halls, shops, a short walk from the harbour and the old town, and major transport links. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Stockholm.

Fin og moderne leilighet med gangavstand til alt man trenger.

Ett mycket fint och helt nytt boende nära kommun transport. Rummet som jag hade var extremt rent, tyst, och bekvämt. Stort plus av okomplicerad och snabb Wi-Fi, ett stort skrivbord och en bra stol som möjliggjorde att kunde jobba distans obehindrat. Kommer väldigt gärna tillbaka när jag har jobbrelaterade resor!

Le logement est bien et propre , mais le propriétaire demande les profils des réseaux sociaux en guise de justificatif d’identité (chose pas bien aprecie pour notre part). Le logement est petite canapé lit pas très confortables. L’environnement est calme, mais besoin de transport en commun ou taxi pour s’y rendre depuis le centre ville. (Pas de possibilité de prendre un bus avec les enfants sans tiquet près acheté) . Séjour assez agréable dans l’ensemble, draps et linge de maison disponible , cuisine petite mais bien équipée

Excelente habitación. A pocos pasos de la estación del metro que te conecta con la ciudad. Entorno privado, con una terraza tranquila.

We enjoyed the apartment, and it served as an excellent base for us in Stockholm. It's close to the train station, and we could reach the city center within 30 minutes.One note: the rooms appeared larger in the photos than they actually are. It wasn't a big issue, but the wide-angle lens pictures does give a distorted view. It's something to keep in mind. The spaces were clean and tidy.We noticed a few broken items, such as a loose bathroom tap and a kitchen cabinet that was broken and loose. These issues should have been addressed already, especially the heavy kitchen cabinet, which poses a danger to small children.

Andrea's apartment was small, but very nice and just what I needed for one person for a few nights. It was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen Although, I missed a coffeemaker and a toaster.The bathroom was very nice and had a washing machine which was a great bonus!Bed was comfortable and the bed linen was wonderful.I very much enjoy my stay!I did have some difficulty open the lock box to get the key, it looked a little older that the other lock boxes.Erica

Fint sted å bo for en helg. Ski in & out som var bra! Gåavstand til sentrum. God kommunikasjon med vert. Alt i alt - fint opphold.

We stayed for four days in this lovely apartment. Very cute living room with a big bed and TV. The neighborhood was very nice and very well located in Stockholm. Perfect for a short stay in the city. The communication with Elias was very detailed and clear. The bathroom and kitchen are however much smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. A little more equipment in the kitchen would have also been nice, for example a chopping board. It still worked for cooking simple meals but just be aware. Otherwise a very nice place, we would definitely come again.
