Super spacious place for two of us! Was equipped with everything. 7 minute walk from Eriksplan tunnelbana station.Quiet neighborhood but close enough to shops and restaurants.Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was good. I recommend this host.

The place was mostly very nice, especially on the inside, very clean, nice furniture, nice bed, everything needed for cooking, except would have been nice some more basics like pepper and oil so I didn’t need to buy extra for a short stay. The apartment inside was very nice though and wifi worked well. Surroundings are very chill and about a 5 min walk to the metro. The area did kind of sketch me out a bit with blood on the floor outside the front door (maybe I’m crazy, but looked like blood). Also it was a bit annoying every time I came home because there was a long code to get in the front door, another code to use the elevator (which sometimes didn’t work after a few tries) and then another long code for the apartment door. This could definitely be streamlined. I often just took the stairs down because of the elevator issues.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem riesigen, etwas unschönen Haus. Die Wohnung selbst ist Ordnung, die Lage ist okay, aber doch weiter von der Innenstadt als erwartet. Das Viertel ist nicht ganz so wie erwartet Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt

Large and cosy apartment according to Swedish standards, with a great price-quality ratio. Clean and comfortable. You're right in the centre of Sundbyberg, with terrific public transport facilities right in front of the door. It takes just a few minutes by local train to reach Stockholm City. The area can be a little noisy at times, but that's a small price to pay for an otherwise excellent location. We never met the host but his instructions were very clear and there were no reasons to complaint during our stay. Recommended.

This place is great! The host is extremely friendly and responsive. Whenever we needed help he was helpful. The location is great near different public transport stops. It was a pleasure!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i Kim’s lägenhet i Åre! Läget var perfekt för oss, med närhet till både liftar och bergbanan ner till Åre torg, vilket gjorde det enkelt för oss att ta oss runt och utforska området.Lägenheten var mycket välutrustad och vi uppskattade verkligen möjligheten att kunna laga enkla måltider, speciellt att kunna göra gröt på morgonen innan vi begav oss ut på skidbackarna. En riktig bonus var Nespresso kaffemaskinen - en glad överraskning som verkligen höjde vår vistelse. Vi rekommenderar att ta med kapslar för att njuta av en kopp kaffe när som helst på dagen.Kim var en exceptionell värd som var väldigt responsiv och tillmötesgående under hela vår vistelse. Hans snabba svar och hjälpsamma tips gjorde verkligen vår vistelse problemfri och trevlig. Vi kan utan tvekan rekommendera att boka med Kim för en underbar vistelse i Åre. Tack så mycket Kim!

Logement assez bien situé, bonne literie, mini cuisine mais qui convient pour les plats les plus facile, espace eau très mal agencé (toilette vraiment en dessous de la douche) vraiment pas pratique. Mais dans l’ensemble correct

El apartamento es genial y la ubicación muy buena con muchos restaurantes y bien comunicado. Lo único que al ser una primera planta se oía el ruido de la gente por la calle y la puerta del portal al abrirse y cerrarse. Por lo demás realmente una opción realmente buena ya que en el apartamento te sientes como en casa.
