Great place to stay that’s close to the metro without the crowdedness of the city center. There were still nice bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance despite the quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for traveling families with the nearby parks. The digital key was easy to use and helpful so we didn’t have to hand off keys or worry about losing them.

The location was very convenient. We did expect some noise into the evenings given the location and description. What we didn’t expect was the noise starting back up at around 6am. Each morning, the restaurant downstairs disposes of their glass bottles from the night before, causing several loud crashes. If you value a decent sleep, this may be the wrong place. If you value being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, it’s perfect.

Great location in a lively area. A short walk to the метро with frequent departures and a quick ride into the city centre. Clear instructions in advance, so it was easy to find the place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the room was clean. However, we didn’t have the same room as shown in the photos, and overall our room was a bit darker.You can tell the place is rented out often, so there are some signs of wear (e.g., a few cracked tiles, marks on the walls, old drill holes, and a bit of discoloration in the bathroom). The furnishings also feel a little less high-end in real life than in the pictures (plastic flowers and décor). With a few small updates, the apartment could feel even more cozy and inviting.When we arrived, the kitchen had a slight smell of fried food, and some of the dishes weren’t completely clean—probably because guests wash them themselves. Elias sent lots of automated messages, which was very helpful, but it also felt a bit much and somewhat impersonal.We’d rate it 3.8/5. Thank you and best regards.
