Nice apartment with a good location, and the communication with the host was quick.

It was great, a fantastic ski area. Unfortunately the restaurant was only open 3 of the 6 days, so I had to take care of my own meals.

Simple and quick to book, convenient and handy with ASSA Abloy's digital keys.The only thing worth mentioning was that their automatic messages kept repeating notifications about actions I had already completed, which took extra time since I had to fill out several forms again.I would easily stay with Pontus again; all in all, it was good.

The location was fantastic and close to everything. We were two people who booked both the ground floor and the upper floor, but unfortunately several rooms were closed off. The entrance to the bathroom on the ground floor was locked, and upstairs there was only a toilet without a shower, so we couldn’t shower for two days. Otherwise, the place’s location and amenities were very good.

Cozy apartment next to the Tegefjäll slope. Ski-in and out. Bus stop to Åre or Duved is very nearby. Apartment has spacious living room with big sofa and good variety of board games. Good pillows and warm blankets. Apartment has a small electric sauna👌 Easy check in and out.

Clean and practical. Close to public transportation. Worked well for two people for four days.

We had to make a last-minute booking when we ran into issues with the place we’d originally reserved. We explained our situation and they were incredibly helpful. The building is historic, and staying there offered us a wonderful experience; some of the furnishings might be updated. The location was excellent and it was clean. They always responded quickly to our questions. We were very satisfied. Highly recommended.

It’s very functional for one person

The apartment’s location is privileged. William sent super clear instructions in advance, and the place is very cozy. I would definitely come back.

It was good overall. Kim is available most of the time and replies quickly. You can find the cutlery and equipment you need. However, the accommodation fits 4 people; for more than 4, there are not enough beds, and you will have to sleep on the couch, which the couch is a little bit oldish. It was overall clean. The dishwasher and coffee machine were not working properly, and we had to struggle to get them to run.

Perfect place a few train stops from the city centre. Very accessible location.

The apartment matched the pictures and was overall suitable for my short stay. I especially want to highlight the very friendly and prompt communication – questions were always answered swiftly and helpfully, which I really appreciated. For a short stay, it had everything you need.A couple of minor points slightly diminished my impression: the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner in some areas, and unfortunately the apartment did not get properly warm. Since the heating is centrally controlled and can't be adjusted individually, it was rather cool, especially at night and in the morning. The kitchen is functional but feels somewhat dated; I only needed to use the kettle.Overall, a functional apartment with great communication, which is why I decided to give it four stars.

We loved it sooo much... every morning we went for a run right by the water... magical in the snow... great location ;-)

Great and comfortable stay in a very convenient location. We had a lovely time here and would recommend it. A few minor points: this is very much a business and there are no ‘niceties’ or little touches, for example no staples in the kitchen etc. just worth bearing in mind that it is very much a comfortable place to stay but you should bring everything you need. Also note that if you have a stroller it won’t fit into the lift so you have to carry it up the stairs.
