Perfect location right by Tottlift, with easy direct access to the slopes. It’s also simple to get down to Åre torg via the Bergbanan, which runs every 20 minutes from 09:00 to 21:00. The apartment is nice and fresh, with an amazing view of the mountains and Åre.

We are extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and the way Kim acted as our host. Everything went very smoothly and the accommodation was perfect!

Het Tott hotel is an excellent place to stay during your winter sports holiday. The location is perfect because you can step straight onto the slopes from the hotel. The center of Åre is also conveniently within walking distance, and the mid-point of the mountain lift stops right at the hotel. Please be sure to check which facilities are listed when renting. We did miss a washing machine, but it was not mentioned in the description. We were able to store our snowboards in the secured area provided for them. The communication with the host was perfect and quick! We look forward to coming back!

Very nice, clean accommodation a short drive from downtown Stockholm. When checking in, you have access to a free spacious parking area.

The location was close to almost everywhere. Transportation wasn’t difficult. Please note that when arriving by public transit, there are stairs on the way to the house. Other than that, everything was great.
