Vous accéderez au centre ville de Stockholm en transports en commun à moins de 10 minutes à pied de l’appartement (bus, métro). Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Merci

We ended up not staying at Kimmo's place due to reasons unrelated to the host. The host was very understanding about the late cancellation and the communication to acquire a refund went flawlessly.

Ett mycket litet och mycket mysigt vindsutrymme. Tillräckligt med plats för två personer där allt var rent och välstädat. Det var enkelt att kommunicera med värden och vi var båda mycket nöjda med vårt val av boende för en långhelg på Södermalm.

Cozy warm small apartment with everything you need for two person, short term stay in beautiful neighborhood just two metro stations away from city center and main commute stations . Clean, warm , clutter free and with a nice view to enjoy. To make it perfect will be fine to include in the description that the bedroom has a glass wall between it and the kitchen, so the sound prof was not heave snore approved , also pillows and mattresses can be comfier. Beside that our stay was as good as we expected , Fredrick was responsive and we were very lucky for the first big snowfall of december. Winter wonderland:) Tack Tack

cozy place and good location

The apartment was really nice and cosy with all necessary appliances and equipment! A wonderful neighborhood with a short walk to the sea! A quiet and peaceful place! Thanks to host for his hospitality and friendly service!

I travelled to Stockholm for 3 days with my boyfriend and we picked Elias' place mostly because of the location (everything was in walking distance appr. 20mins from central station, 20mins to gamla stan and the museum island. Our first issue was the door to the building only opens if you press the numbers gently and slowly (we had our fare share of trying and failing for a good 10minutes - the lockpad is just horrible). The flat was as in the pictures, but we had to find out there's not really a closet you can put your clothes in so for longer stay that can be an issue. The heating was enough, the kitchen equipped, the shower a bit small but worked fine. Overall our stay was good, for just a short time the flat has everything you need. The messages with arriving and leaving instructions were all automatic messages so I don't know if i ever talked to Elias personally.

We stayed in the apartment for two nights. It is really small but we had everything we needed. The location is super nice and there is a ski lift right next to the apartment.We booked for three people but it was only prepared for two. So we missed one set of bed linen and one set of towels. The apartment wasn't as clean as we expected. We found undefinable hairs in the bed and around the apartment.

En koselig liten studioleilighet som passer veldig bra for et par dagers opphold. Flott beliggenhet, men litt langt fra sentrum.

Mooi, rustig appartement. Serviesgoed mag wel aangepast worden, is niet voldoende voor zes personen. Zeer schoon en netjes, precies zo als op de foto,s .Fijn verblijf.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Das Check-In verlief einwandfrei. Die Wohnung war weitestgehend sauber, nur im Bad war es etwas schmutzig aber in einem akzeptablen Rahmen. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich sehr klein, aber für die paar Tage hat es vollkommen gereicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig also die Leute im Stiegenhaus und darüber hat man sehr gut gehört.Wir hatten auch ein bisschen Probleme mit der Heizung, denn obwohl sie voll aufgedreht war, haben wir in der Nacht teilweise gefroren. Die Kommunikation mit Elias hat großteils gut funktioniert, nur hat er sich sehr häufig in seinen Nachrichten wiederholt und wir mussten ihm bestimmte Informationen mehrmals mitteilen.Im Großen und Ganzen können wir die Wohnung aber für einen kurzen Städtetrip sehr empfehlen.
