Elias boende var fräscht och väldigt centralt på Södermalm. Det var smidigt att komma in i byggnaden och Elias var snabb att svara på de frågor vi hade. Jag rekommenderar absolut Elias boende om ni ska bo på Södermalm i Stockholm!

Wonderful place ! Really quiet. Fantastic project with cosy flats really well equipped.

Til prisen jeg fik omkring 500 dkk var den good value. Men sofaen var virkelig virkelig dårlig at sidde og ligge i hvis man skulle bruge den til afslapning. Meget hård ryg læne. Ellers overordnet var det meget professionelt og godt styr på tingene.

Fint och modernt boende vid ett fint område vid vattnet. Dock va disken lite smutsig när ni kom. Annars var allt toppen :)

Elias’s place was very clean and modern. Although it’s a little bit tiny for three, we enjoyed our stay at his place.

Cute little apartment in perfect location in Södermalm. Bathroom isn’t the most practical but still fine for a short stay. Apartment is very modern and was clean. Communication was all fine. We would come back!

Snabb i kommunikationen.

The house is big and quiet. Convenient transportation: there is a bus nearbyStand. The landlord is also responsible: when we have a problem, he can help us solve it as soon as possible. Generally speaking, I enjoyed living here.

Overall, our stay at Fredrik’s apartment was very pleasant. The apartment was nicely designed, very spacious and in a great location.We had only two grievances with our stay. The first being the cleanliness of the bathroom; there was hair in the shower area which you don’t really expect when paying a cleaning fee. Also, the excessive rules & instructions prior to checking in were mildly infuriating - I understand each host will want their property to be maintained as best as possible, but the extent and frequency with which the rules were sent felt over the top.All in all, we enjoyed our trip to Stockholm and Fredrik’s apartment provided a good base from which to explore the city.

Great location and super easy check in and out process

Logement très agréable, propre, proche du centre, calme et fidèle aux photos bien que je n’aie pas le souvenir qu’il fut précisé que le plafond de la mezzanine était assez bas. L’accès à la résidence n’était pas intuitif à cause des travaux à proximité. Un arrêt de bus à moins de 10 minutes à pied rejoint le centre-ville ce qui est très pratique.

My parents stayed at Elias’s apartment when they were visiting me in Stockholm. The apartment has a great location and it has everything needed for the short visit of the city.

The apartment was as described by Elias and clean. Some little defects have been reported and Elias reacted quickly. The apartment was a small studio in the suburb, as it was described. The only negative points were the small amount of hot water (the shower has to be short) and that the floor was very cold. I would recommend bringing house shoes in the winter.The communication of Elias was friendly, open and he sent all the needed information before the stay. When we had questions, he reacted quickly and was friendly. Therefore, in total, it was a good stay. Thank you very much.
