The space is small but very functional, the kitchen has everything we need for a short stay. Communication with the owner was always easy and quick. The only problem is an air duct above the refrigerator that makes a lot of noise and sometimes falling asleep was a bit difficult due to that noise. If that could be improved, it would be an excellent apartment to spend a few days in.

The location is very good, in the northern part of Södermalm, close to one of the most interesting areas with unique cafés and bars. It is easily accessible by public transport and situated in a quiet spot. However, at the moment, there are construction works taking place under the house starting from 07:00-07:30.The bus stop is right outside the house, and the metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The indoor temperature was between 18-21°C, and since the heating is central, we couldn’t adjust it. If you’re not used to such cold countries, you might prefer the indoor temperature to be at least 24-25°C.Other than that, Olof was very helpful, the house was spacious with a nice view of the park, and everything matched the description exactly. The price-quality ratio is good, and I recommend it.

The apartment is clean and well furnished, it has everything you need :) Fredrik always replies quickly to messages – he is always ready to help if any issues arise. The apartment is really very spacious – for four people we had plenty of room. I definitely recommend it!

We felt very comfortable in Olof's apartment! It is located in the lovely Södermalm. The accommodation was very clean and spacious!

Olof's apartment was beautifully decorated, featuring lovely floors and Hilma af Klint's artwork on the walls, and the location is truly excellent. However, I needed to work from the apartment, and when I arrived it was minus 6 degrees outside while the temperature indoors barely reached 14 degrees. Olof was very understanding and kindly arranged reimbursement for an extra heater that I had to buy. Additionally, the internet connection was not strong enough for me to edit films there. The kitchen equipment was somewhat limited and there was no washing machine, which perhaps explains the difference between a residence and a company property, as well as the affordable price.

The apartment was very nice and well-maintained. Additionally, it has a beautiful view of Stockholm from the window, and you can reach the city center quickly by ferry. Communication with the host was very good. I highly recommend it! 😊

The area is very quiet, and the city center is easily accessible from the nearby metro station.

This is a lovely place. You feel the rich history in every bit of the building. Located in the midst of Stockholm, Gamla Stan is unbeatable when it comes to fairytale-vibes. The windows look out on a cute street and you’ll find many arty shops around the corner. Some things to keep in mind. The mattresses feels old and the bed is lacking comfort without a bed board or a wall to keep the pillows put. The curtains are not fully blinding, so bringing a sleeping mask is a good idea. In summer it will be the sun messing with your biological clock, in winter it’s a bright street lantern. We did not find a secret button for the sauna - to us it looked like an oversized shower-head. Or we missed a Narnia-door or handle turning the bathroom into a steam sauna. Nevertheless, this place is a gem and don’t hesitate to book it when you want to experience the true authentic charm of Stockholm!
