Les + : Appartement très bien situé et très calme dans la vieille ville de Gamla Stan. Très bien équipé, bonne literie. Les - : Nous avons eu l’appartement 3 heures en retard sur l’heure prévue et l’avons appris sur le palier. Hôte peu réactif qui n’a pas été souple pour nous accorder un départ tardif pour compenser le retard du début. Chaînes télé non accessibles, rien n’a été proposé pour réparer ou dédommager.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Location is great, the apartment is spacious and beautiful.We would definitely consider booking again, but definitely would need be on an occasion where we can travel with less luggage, as the stairs (clearly stated on the listing) almost broke me, while hauling all the luggage up on the first day.

The studio was a great place to stay, as much as Elias was a great host to stay with. His communication prior to arrival meant that our checking in process went as smoothly as it could, with us arriving late at night he made provisions for us to access our studio as smoothly as possible.The studio was ideally suited for a 4 day break in the city. With enough room to not feel cramped and a well equipped kitchen if we wished to eat in at any point. The bed was comfortable and I had the best sleep, likely coupled with the long days exploring the city.The location of the studio is wonderfully positioned on the waterfront, offering views over Gothenburg and the harbour area and being in a quieter, upcoming residential area, whilst offering superb accessibility everywhere with the city's efficient public transport network.Overall we greatly enjoyed our experience being hosted by Elias, should we ever return to Gothenburg we wouldn't hesitate to stay again

This stay was great. It was spacious and clean. We all really felt like home in this appartement, however we did feel a bit bummed out because there was no TV and because of the sound-alarm.. we didn’t want to party or anything, but we felt like we couldn’t talk normally because we didn’t know when it would go off. The rules Elias sent us after booking were really strict and we didn’t wanna get kicked out or anything. Anyway, the location was great and we loved our stay.

Wonderful apartment, would definitely recommend. Spacious, light, beautiful wooden floors, lovely living room and dining area. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great relatively cheap accomodation close to metro station (5mins walk). Clean and provided with basic needs. Only one thing to mention, hot water runs out pretty quick but nothing that would affect the 5/5 overall rating. Thank you and we are looking forward to visit Stockholm again!

We had a great time, the apartment was very nice

Lovely place, easy to navigate with good public transport connections to the centre of the city. Quiet hours somewhat restricting especially with loud upstairs neighbours but other than that extremely well priced and very lovely.

Olof was a great host, apartment is comfortable, on nice location close to everything, well equipped and we had a great time !

Our stay with Elias was great, we especially enjoyed the location and the comfort of the bed. The surrounding neighborhood is full of coffee shops and vintage store not to mention near the train. Perfect for a short stay and even better for the price! The bathroom was an interesting experience… less room than expected but it did the job and had great water pressure at the end of the day. The host was also very responsive and friendly and helped with any issues we had.

Sehr tolle und saubere Unterkunft in Stadtnähe. Olof ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Nur zu empfehlen.

The apartment was really nice and had everything we needed. It is modern and clean and a perfect opportunity for a couple of days. The contact with Elias was really kind and helpful.You can quickly get to the city center by bus and the waterside next to the apartment is beautiful. We missed free parking though. That would be perfect :)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Andreas' Wohnung. Sie war schön sauber und war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigte. Ausserdem war die Wohnung sehr nah am öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Sowohl der Bus als auch die Fähre waren in unter 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.Ich kann dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen.

Bem localizado, comércio e vários transportes a 10min. A casa tem o essencial.
