Litet men fint och fräscht boende. Fin utsikt mot Skutan och bäcken utanför. Vi stördes inte alls av de arbeten som pågick i fastigheten. Läget är perfekt för bike-in och bike-out (eller ski) och man har nästan direkt access till backarna. Tyvärr fanns få faciliteter för att anpassa boendet för cyklister. Cykelförrådet nås via trappor och hiss vilket är rätt opraktiskt (med geggig cykel). Ingen cykeltvätt fanns heller. Man borde fått koden till garaget för att kunna cykla in.Det ingår ingen parkering i boendet och den parkering som fanns utanför var ofta full. Pontus hade inga tips att ge. Det var långt till andra parkeringar. Fick felparkera men det gick bra. Ett tips kan vara att undersöka möjligheterna att parkera i bostadsrättsföreningens garage, instruktion finns på garageporten. Finns även möjlighet till elbilsladdning där.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. In a good location for travel to the airport, though not near a metro and a bit in the middle of nowhere. Surprising to have no wifi these days, we didn’t spot this in the listing beforehand. The bedroom needs curtains as the window blinds are not dark enough for sleeping, and there are no doors between the bedroom and living room so if you are using the sofa bed there is no privacy. The situation with the noise sensitive neighbours was quite frustrating - simply having a conversation at normal volume or walking in the apartment after 10pm prompted complaints, so you really have to be asleep by 10pm to avoid being bothered by them! Overall it was great value and a decent stop-over for a couple of nights before heading to the airport but I wouldn’t want to stay there longer than that.

Dejlig lejlighed i dejligt kvarter.Vi var 5 personer i lejligheden og 2 skulle sove på sovesofaen. Det var ikke en god oplevelse.Der mangler en topmadres til at dække for den store revne i sofaen.Hvis man kun skal sove en i stuen er sovesofaen fin nok.Super beliggenhed.

Im dritten Stock gelegene Wohnung mit Altbau Flair mit Blick auf belebten Platz und Hafen in Gamla Stan. Man hört und spürt das Leben dort und kann alles zu Fuss und mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln super erreichen . Co-op direkt gegenüber, U-Bahn 10min-1 Haltestelle zum Hauptbahnhof , Fähren 5min zu Fuß. Bad neu renoviert, hochwertig. Fehlende Ablage hat uns nicht gestört, Warmwasserversorgung ok wenn sparsam.Außer Salz keine Grundausstattung und nur ein Küchenhandtuch machten Kochen schwierig. Rest prima ( kein Backofen ,kein Eisfach).Doppelbett bequem, Zustellbett nicht .Platz für drei absolut ausreichend. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Stockholm wobei die Wohnung dazu beigetragen hat :-)

besser kann man on Stockholm kaum wohnen. Direkt in der Altstsdt, Bars, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Hafen- alles direkt erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Innenstadt ist in c.a 30 min, mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Klein aber fein. :) Wir waren zwei Nächte da und haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Olof ist ein wenig unversöhnlich, dass liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass er viele verschiedene Unterkünfte bewirtschaftet und dadurch ausgelastet ist. Trotzdem wurde immer auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und wir sind uns sicher, dass wir bei Problemen auch Hilfe bekommen hätten.

It was a nice place to stay and really easy to assess the places around Åre. Hope to come back again.

Czysty apartament w dobrej lokalizacji blisko rzeki z widokiem na port. W okolicy fajny teren dla dzieci , place zabaw i basen

Location was great: bus stop is very close and Gärdet subway station is only 4 minutes walk. Clean and quiet apartment.

Rauhallinen pieni yksiö erinomaisella sijainnilla. Keittiö turhan niukasti varusteltu.

The apartment was very clean, very bright and smelled really good! We loved it there! We got around by bike and to get downtown it takes 12-15 minutes. Östermalm, where the apartment is located, is a very chic area. Next to the apartment is a park that looks like it is made for a castle. The park extends to a very large park across the road. Yes, you have to be quiet in the apartment, but we were really tired at the end of the day anyways. The bed was really comfortable and so was the couch. It’s a great place where you can feel like home.

Så fin en lejlighed! Ikke langt fra busstation så man kan komme nemt ind til byen. God vært hvor der var styr på tingne! 👍🏼

Die Unterkunft von Elias hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage in einem aufkommendem Quartier und die Aussicht einzigartig - allerdings auch etwas windig ;)Mit den Velos war man im Nu in der Stadt. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In sehr einfach und unkompliziert!

Hyggelig og lys leilighet som passet oss bra for ett par aktive dager i Stockholm. Akuratt rundt leiligheten er det rolig og fint. Men bare noen kvartaler unna er det mange restauranter og kort vei til park og ellers resten av byen. Vi spiste god frokost en av dagene på Systrarna Andersson. Vi sov godt hele familien, to voksne og to barn på 11 og 13. To sov på soverommet og to på behagelig sovesofa i stuen og det var plass til å sitte rundt spisebordet med utslått sovesofa. Kjøkkenet hadde alt man trenger. Rent og ryddig. Takk for fine Stockholmsdager!

Reste med familjen, 2 vuxna och 3 barn, för en weekend i Stockholm. Vi är mycket nöja med boendet som låg centralt (Gamla stan). Gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter och om behov fanns så var det enkelt att åka kollektivtrafik, bibeltext tunnelbana och båt. Vi hittade restauranger och diverse butiker på gatan. Lägenheten var ganska liten, charmig och fint renoverad utan att förstöra känslan av att bo i de fina husen i området. Lägenheten var utrustad med det som behövdes för en familj. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka, alternativt bokar ett annat boende genom Elias.

Prisvärt boende! Bra kommunikation och enkelt att hämta ut nyckelkorten, vi saknade inget.

Die Wohnung ist neu und praktisch ausgestattet. Und es ist alles sehr sauber. In die Innenstadt kommt man schnell mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten.
