Nice apartment, with a very central location.

Perfect place to stay close to the slopes, and just a short walk downhill to the town square.For the same price, we could have found something with better windows than the covered ones (though it was really nice that they had privacy film, and they could be opened at the top).I recommend the host, and everything matched the description.

A very lovely, nicely decorated apartment in an excellent location in Åre—within walking distance of the lift and right in the village, close to restaurants and shops. The building itself is older and the stairwell feels a bit worn, but the apartment has been renovated and is very fresh and clean. Very friendly and professional host who responds quickly and provides clear information. Super-smooth check-in with a digital lock and straightforward guidance from the host. What would have made our stay even easier would be access to a parking space and ski storage.

Very spacious, beautiful apartment! Everything you need is provided—bed linen, towels, etc.—excellent. It’s a pity the bathroom was less great. There’s no shower, and the bath leaked while draining, so the bathroom was almost flooded. Great location: public transport is close by. Quiet area, and not far from the city centre and other sights! Recommended!

The apartment is good. It's small but well designed for the space. The second bedroom is tiny though - just a bed and a shelf in there, nowhere to put anything. The kitchen is adequate and we didn't cook there anyway. But more cereal bowls were needed, only 2 were provided. The rest of the crockery was adequate for 3-4 people. There is plenty of hot water and the water pressure is good. The apartment was quite noisy but were probably just unlucky - the people above us were very loud and there were people outside shouting until very late.The location is great, right over the footbridge to a lift and ski right back. However, we have never in 20 years stayed in a ski apartment that didn't provide access to the ski room. We only got in because we managed to get the code off someone. If I had known this I would not have booked it - don't be put off, but do be aware.

Andreas and his team were very responsive and gave clear instructions in a timely manner. The place is super quiet with great views and in a convenient location.

The bathroom lighting could be improved, as it’s too close to a water point, which feels unsafe. The showerheads should be replaced.The apartment curtains could use some repairs for smoother day-to-day use.

Everything was perfect… A really lovely apartment—truly a dream—with a view of the water. Communication was smooth and pleasant. The self check-in was easy, with very clear instructions. I’ve added this place to my favorites list for Stockholm and would be very happy to come back :)

Short walk to wm8 chair lift and to Åre center. Clean and comfortable apartment with all amenities a sking family needs. Good sauna and balcony with nice views.

Communication with the host was excellent, and the key system was top-notch.Unfortunately, the apartment is quite noisy/poorly soundproofed, so after the quiet hours starting at 10 pm, you really need to keep your voice down—even during normal conversations.We also noticed a few hairs in the bathroom and a small blood stain on the bedsheet.
