Second time, anyways clean and nice

Elias was an excellent host and the information he provided was truly helpful for someone who visits Stockholm for the first time. The location was great, the department was fairly clean but as a constructive feedback I have to say that many of the furnitures need to be replaced, same goes for the bed.

Lovely view, newly equipped, well sized studio in a quiet location.

The place and location was just amazing. Right in the middle of Söder with several restaurants and bars just around the corner. The place was super cute and had everything we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the checkout time. 10:00 is quite early, 11 or 12 would give more time to have a stress free checkout

Clean and nice accommodation in a great location 😊. We were missing duvet covers and towels the first evening, but these were provided by the next morning. We had contact with a remote assistant who helped Fredrik. It didn’t feel very personal due to the many automated messages and remote assistance, but overall it was a good stay.

The property is a great location in Sodermalm, next to great cafes, bars and restaurants. From the property you can easily walk anywhere and in case you don’t fancy a walk, the metro station is a couple of minutes away and takes you to Gamla Stan and across town in a few minutes. The flat is great if you want to have a place to rest after a long day of walking , even spend a snowy evening watching a movie. Super convenient and easy to access.

Very nice and clean accommodation in a great location. The minimalist, modern décor has everything you need. Charming period apartment, but it can be a bit noisy and the living‐room curtains let in light (only an issue if you’re using the sofa bed).

Fantastic location within walking distance of Åre village and the ski slopes. The accommodation is fresh and stylish, and you instantly feel at home. I highly recommend booking with Kim! The accommodation was well located and top-notch. It took a bit of time to get the hang of the electronic lock, but overall it was fine.

It’s a bit cumbersome to take photos and fill in information for check-in. It was also inconvenient to have to use an app to open and close the door and to use a lighter to turn on the gas stove.However, the place is very spacious for the price, the interior is lovely, and it was spotless, so I was extremely satisfied. I was informed that the radiator can’t be adjusted, but even for me—coming from a warmer country—the temperature was just right and not too cold. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were all very clean. On top of that, the sofa bed was comfortable.The location is also excellent. The station and large supermarkets are close by, and if you’re from Asia you can even walk to an Asian grocery store, which is very convenient. It’s great for strolling around, and you can easily take the bus or subway to go sightseeing near Stockholm Central Station.I’m very happy with the value for money, and given all these advantages, I completely understand why the check-in process can seem tricky. I’d love to stay here again next time!
