Södermalm is a fantastic area—quiet, safe, and full of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It has a vibrant student atmosphere and has experienced a real resurgence in recent years. It's also a very LGBTQ+ friendly neighbourhood, which adds to its welcoming and inclusive feel.The apartment I stayed in was on the third floor. While compact, it was very comfortable, quiet, and well-suited to my 6 night stay. My friend stayed in a ground-floor apartment, which was noticeably smaller and lacked the outlook and natural light of the upper-floor rooms.There is a lift in the building, so getting luggage up to the third floor was no problem at all.Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location! Only steps from great restaurants, shopping, and many things to see and do. Easy access to subway and ferry’s. Electronic key was super easy to use and convenient. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space to relax at the end of a day of touring.

Fine location in a very touristic part of town. The unit matches the pictures. However, our sofa bed was not set up despite very specific bed instructions beforehand. A 3rd party customer service rep for management could not help, so we set it up ourselves.

We loved our stay at Olof’s apartment! It was very clean and check in was easy. A great part of the city as well.

This apartment is in a great location, right near a very frequent bus and a brief walk to the train. Gorgeous street right near a beautiful, quintessential Stockholm park and right near some lovely cafes (MUST check out Balue!). Would recommend this BnB to others!

This was a great location with shops and restaurants while not feeling overly busy. It was snug for our family of 5 but worked well!
