The instructions were clear. The place was clean and nicely furnished. It was really easy to get to the city centre. I can warmly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful old apartment immensely. It was spacious and clean and the view was spectacular. Great restaurants and historic sightseeing right outside the door, yet the location was quiet and peaceful. William was an excellent host: helpful, responsive, flexible.

We had a really nice stay here. The apartment was very clean and the host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.The location is great, very close to both the T-bana and Pendeltåg, and it only takes around 10 minutes to get into the city center.The apartment is close to a main road, so you can hear some trains, trams, and traffic, which might be worth keeping in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, though, it’s a very good place and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great place for an active weekend in Åre. The cleaning could have been better. One small downside is that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have any ventilation.

Great location, close to the station. Behind the station there are two shops: one about a 2-minute walk away (“Tempo”) and another about a 10-minute walk away (“ICA”).

I had a really lovely stay here on my solo trip to Stockholm! Unfortunately, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived. It took a little while to reach someone who could help, but I did get assistance in the end—and once the cleaner had been there, everything was properly cleaned.Andreas apologized and offered me a late check-out as compensation. The apartment is cozy and has a beautiful view. I felt safe and had a very pleasant visit. I’d gladly stay here again.

Easy check-in and check-out. Nice and tidy. A short walk to public transport. Good parking options in the area.

The studio was very tastefully decorated and fully equipped, so we didn’t miss anything. Communication with Andreas was excellent—he replied quickly and was always friendly and helpful, with plenty of useful tips. There were good restaurants and bistros nearby, which we really liked. At night, I personally found the street noise a bit bothersome, so sleeping with the window open wasn’t ideal for me. We stayed there as a couple, and it didn’t bother the other person at all, so I think it was just a personal sensitivity. With the window closed, it was noticeably quieter.We thought the value for money was very good, and overall we can definitely recommend a stay at the Smart Studio.
