Just as described, excellent value for money and very pleasant. Although it’s a bit noisy due to being close to a main road, it doesn’t bother you – you can hardly hear it at night. It’s easy to reach by metro and you can get into the city quickly. All in all, I’m very satisfied.

We were three people in the apartment and there were three sleeping options. I had the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice! The apartment was on the fifth floor, with the elevator going up to the fourth. It looked exactly like the photos, everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. A kettle was missing, but you could quickly heat water on the induction stove. A few windows were broken and the small bedroom got very cold at night, but there were plenty of blankets. There were two bathrooms, which was very convenient. Next door is a bakery with the best cinnamon buns, and the train station is just a five-minute walk away. You can reach Stockholm city center in 15–20 minutes. Excellent transport links and location, and a Lidl is only a minute away. Andreas was very communicative and friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The place had everything needed. The view was amazing overlooking the entire town and slopes. Had a ski bridge which was great. Short walk into town. Perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Affordable accommodation with great service, no fuss! 5⭐️

It was great to stay in the apartment! It was clean and tidy, and well equipped. Communication with Pontus was good. I had a few issues with the app on my phone that worked as the door key, but after a few attempts I was able to open the door without too much trouble. I was in Åre for skiing, and here we’re talking "ski in, ski out"! You just take the lift up to the 4th floor and walk straight over to the ski lift! There was also a short (and steep) route down to the town centre with many excellent restaurants. I used the Bergbanan from Åre torg several times; it stops about 150 m from where I was staying. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Great home right on Åresjön. 5 minute walk from central train/bus station and less than 15 to ski lifts. Sauna worked great.

Very beautiful

Great location; everything as described, and the kitchenette is very well equipped. However, we found the communication rather cumbersome (almost exclusively with a bot), and a second, extensive registration through another portal was required. Unfortunately, we also noticed mold in the bathroom and there was virtually no ventilation.

I recommend this property and the host; he is very helpful with useful information about the accommodation, the house rules, and practical advice for getting around the city and between the airport and downtown… If I were to return for another holiday in Stockholm, I would choose this lodging again or ask Fredrik for assistance.

Great place with two bedrooms, nice living room and kitchen. Perfect for 3-4 people. 2 minutes to get up to the tott ski lift with a small number of stairs and then lift. There’s also a side door steps away from the door to the property than makes the walk down to the village very quick. Note, the door is not used frequently so we had no issue with noise.
