Perfect location, great communication from the host, and a well-equipped apartment. The building is quite soundproofed poorly, although that’s not something the host can really help.

The apartment is really lovely and in a great location! The only minor issue is the shower—not because of the size, which is typical for the area, but because of the faucet setup. When you’re showering, it’s easy to bump it with your body and accidentally turn it off, or the water can suddenly get very hot or cold. Still, it’s an apartment I’d definitely recommend.

This is my second stay at Elias's apartment - it suits me well! Handy for the T-bana green line and all the great bars and restaurants that Södermalm offers. I love that the Victoria cinema is so close too.The apartment is beautiful and provides a lot of space. Particularly nice is the size of the bathroom - not often found in Stockholm apartments!

An immaculate apartment in a beautiful part of Stockholm.

Fresh and very well laid-out apartment. A short walk to the lift, and a bit longer into town. Note that skis aren’t allowed inside the apartment, so you’ll need to arrange storage another way—for example in a roof box if you have a car in the excellent garage, or in the rack outside the entrance (which can be locked if you have the right type of lock).

Had a great stay in this new apartment. It was very comfortable, and cozy. There were great electric appliances like a dishwasher and a washer dryer. Recommended!

A good, quick last-minute solution for a ski trip! High standard and well equipped. It felt clean and fresh!

The apartment is in an excellent location, close to any amenities you might need. It’s an interesting area with lots going on ar any time..Transport is easy to access and the city centre is minutes away by train. It is also easy to escape into nature and I’d recommend discovering the excellent ferry services which provide yet another view of Stockholm The Parakey is very easy to use from the app and the apartment and block felt very secure

The apartment is very comfortable in general, very practical to do whatever you want, even cooking, I enjoyed the neighb It was on a good location, and the apartment had an amazing bed! Bathroom was also super space full! It was fully equipped and I really enjoyed staying inside! Would definitely recommend it!!

Amazing location. Flat itself is super lovely and spacious. Really nice kitchen and big bathroom Would say it is not the kind of space where you can easily chill in, as there is only one sofa that’s old and needs replacing, and there’s nowhere for two people to watch a film or read books etc. also nowhere to put clothes in the bedroom Really didn’t like not being able to open windows (!!) due to the construction work, and the building work starting at 7:15am. Disappointed as post referenced wrapping up building work in 2025 but it was still happening in March 2026. Not their fault but equally not being able to open windows in an Air BnB isn’t great !Lovely space but not ideal for a 5 night stay

Elias’ place was perfect for our quick 2 day stay in Stockholm! It was just as described and extremely walkable (~8 mins to Gama Stan area). We loved the area it was peaceful but accessible to all the major areas. Would definitely recommend for a quick stay!
