Very nice and practical location, walking distance to the center and ski lifts, own parking also very handy. Proper kitchen, good beds, wonderful views, nothing to complain!

A convenient apartment close to the slopes. Clean and fresh.

We had a fantastic stay at Elias's place. We felt right at home. The space was clean and cozy. The location was unbeatable. It was great being so close to multiple train, metro and bus stops. We also appreciated the walkability and close proximity to multiple grocery stores. We would gladly stay again if given the opportunity.

The apartment was very clean, and it was easy to cook there. The amenities were well suited for a 3-day stay. It’s good to know you may want to bring a tablet, as there’s no TV — for us that wasn’t an issue. The Wi‑Fi was very good.One thing that didn’t work so well for us was the temperature: for our personal comfort (3 people), the apartment felt quite cold. It would be important to mention in the listing that the heating is kept around 18–20°C. I received this information only one day before arrival, but I would have needed to know this from the start, as it would have been a deciding factor for me not to book. I’m very sensitive to cold, and in winter, with outside temperatures around -8°C, 20°C indoors felt rather uncomfortable. You could really feel the cold by the windows, and overall there was noticeable draught in the apartment. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building.Because of the temperatures, I would only consider staying there in summer. The walls are also thin — we often heard the neighbours at night.

The apartment is in a great location, right in the old town with a close proximity to different attractions or public transport (like ferry to get to Vasa museum or Skansen). The apartment is spacious and situated over two floors. There are steep stairs leading to the second floor which were quite challenging for our young kids, especially that the hand rail (rope) was missing so they could not grab on to anything. We have also experienced difficulty with opening the main doors leading to the street it took us each time multiple attempts to get in, which was a bit stressful. Overall nice place with some issues which can be fixed.

If visiting Gamla stan, then this is the right address. Like with everything and especially checking in late at night, it takes a while to orientate yourself. They key app works fine once you get the ha g of it (I recommend to open it up earlier in the day so that it is active, in case you don’t have internet connection yet). The apartment has everything you need, right up to and including an iron and ironing board. The only thing missing was a TV which is often welcome for background noise. It is so easy to visit Gamla stan’s highlights from here and the central station is a 16 minute walk from there only. Taxis and ubers cannot drop you off in front of the door but it’s probably a 100m walk only from their drop-off point. The only drawback will be the stairs for guests with heavy luggage. It is quite a climb and we jokingly called it Rapunzel’s attic. Highly recommend!

Great place with good connections to the ski slopes.

Great property for our family stay and in close walking distance to metro station. The space was perfect for our party (4 ad, 2 ch) and was as described. There was a supply of tea, coffee and cooking provisions (oil etc) which was really helpful for our short stay of 3 nights and we found the facilities of the accommodation provided everything we needed Likely to return.

We really enjoyed our stay in Södermalm, a trendy and lively area of Stockholm. The metro/bus to Gamla Stan and other neighbourhoods is just a 5-minute walk away, and there’s also plenty to see and do close to the apartment!The apartment had everything we needed for a week in Stockholm. There’s enough storage space for luggage, coats, etc., and the kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple meals. The apartment is also in a quiet area (hardly any street noise).The only downside for us was the beds. They are quite narrow and not very comfortable—perhaps they could be replaced at some point? Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Just a note: if your apartment is in B, you have to cross the entire hallway to get into the yard and enter the second building. Also, there are stairs, so if you have a heavy suitcase, be mindful.

Excellent stay in Stockholm! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal—close to public transport and the main sights, while still being quiet. Communication with the host was smooth and very pleasant, with clear instructions from start to finish. I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to return on a future trip.

Perfect place to rest while getting around Stockholm. Close to publicering transport, yet very calm and quiet.

The apartment was suitable, spacious, and matched William’s description. We really liked the central location and how quiet the apartment was. The rooms were also large and made it easy to enjoy good privacy.The only thing that left us a bit less satisfied was the lack of proper heating in the bathroom (the towel warmer isn’t enough). Overall, we felt a little cold in the apartment (it was -6°C outside). We were told the legal limit is 20°C and that the system showed this temperature; however, the place didn’t feel especially warm. This may also be because it’s a historic building.
