House was clean enough and in good walking distance to restaurants, cafes and tourist hot spots. Bathroom was a lot smaller than pictured, creating a difficult shower. Also had a funky smell due to the rotting wood that would get wet from the water. All else was fine.

The apartment left a very positive impression. The location is convenient – there’s a shop nearby, as well as public transport stops, making it quick and easy to get to other parts of the city. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and fully matched the description, with no unpleasant surprises. The interior is simple but nice, and everything you need for everyday living was available. The rental terms were clearly explained from the start, with no hidden details or confusion, which gave a reassuring sense of security. Communication with the host was quick and professional. Overall, a very good experience – I would definitely recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Great location, easy access to shops and Restaurants. Great access to city by train and metro. Shower head in the bathroom didn’t fit into the socket. You had to hold the shower head by hand. Overlooked the fact that there was no TV in the apartment. A great base for 3 days in Stockholm.

I stayed at this apartment with three friends for a long weekend, and overall we had a great experience. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and points of interest.The apartment itself is very spacious and spotlessly clean. All the beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It’s also set in a quiet neighbourhood, which made it a relaxing place to come back to after a day out.The host was responsive and quick to resolve queries. The key system (Parakey) was easy to use and gave us peace of mind when leaving our belongings in the apartment.There are just a few areas for improvement. Extra towels for the bathroom floor would be helpful, as water from the shower tended to spread outside the shower area. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms would also make a big difference, especially in summer when early daylight can distur

We enjoyed a short stay during our time in Gothenburg and appreciated the beautiful apartment as a home base to enjoy the sights of Gothenburg. Everything was walkable and easily accessible!

We really loved staying in this apartment! It’s in a very residential neighborhood with good public transport connections, quiet, and everything was just right. The place was clean, tidy, and had everything that was described. We enjoyed four days here and truly felt at home. We’d happily come back!

Definitely recommended! The apartment is quiet and very bright, and it’s in a great location. Just a few minutes from public transport and only two stops from central Stockholm. If I come back, I’d happily stay with Andreas again.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of the Old Town without extremely loud noise—the only noise we heard was when the restaurant emptied glass bottles. The bed was very comfortable, and the four of us stayed for two nights—two slept on the sofa bed—with no issues! But as William kindly mentioned to us beforehand, so we knew what to expect, it’s best suited for two people.

A really lovely place to stay, close to Åre Square. It feels like a large hotel complex, but with private apartments. The property is set high up with a great view; the ski-in/ski-out access is probably even better during peak season. During our stay there wasn’t much snow, so we had to walk a short distance to the slope to start skiing. Since it’s up on the hillside, it’s a bit of a climb from Åre Square if you walk, but there are taxis available and the funicular runs until 10pm. There are two kitchens: a large one connected to the living room and a smaller kitchenette. Comfortable beds and very fresh, clean bathrooms.Pontus was an excellent host and replied quickly—either he answered himself, or customer service replied on his behalf outside regular hours. I will definitely come back.

Incredibly comfortable apartment to relax in.

Nice stay overall. The cleaning wasn’t perfect — the bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would have liked — but we still had a good stay.

We felt very comfortable in Elias’s apartment. The place is well equipped and set in a peaceful area right by the water. It’s just a short walk to the bus stop. There’s also a supermarket and some restaurants nearby. We’d be happy to come back.
