The stay was at a close distance from the bus stand and made it very easy for us to visit the city center.

The flat looks exactly like it is portrayed on the pictures, which is not big but perfect if you just need a place to sleep while exploring Stockholm for a couple of days. And depending on what you're looking for, the location is also good: The flat is located in a calm residential area with good public transport connections. There were three things however which I was a bit disappointed with: The flat was not perfectly clean (there were, e.g., old receipts and Snus under the beds), the walls are very thin (i.e., you hear everything that is going on in the staircase), and the beds are very cheap (i.e., uncomfortable and loud - especially the "sleeping couch", but also the regular beds).

Clean and beautifully furnished. We stayed for 4 nights and only heard construction sounds one morning. Wonderful location, would come back.

Perfect for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 kids. Close to communication and a quiet neighborhood.

Overall the experience was good and it’s a lovely place for a stay. The stars went down because if a weird smell (but has been mentioned before in reviews), horrible sound isolation (we were there for Halloween night so probably more quiet on non celebrations, but could hear upstairs neighbours and everyone walking outside, as it’s right by the entrance to the building), and a weird shower which immediately floods the entire bathroom. The neighbourhood was very picturesque and the vibe of the place was homey! Comfortable beds too

The location and the free parking were perfect for us.

Accommodation exactly as per photos, including all facilities needed for long or short stay. We were traveling to the city center by public transport and there is a city ferry stop few steps from the accommodation (operated by SL - you can buy single tickets or travel cards for one or more days).

Great apartment in SoFo. A bright apartment with very comfortable beds and generally good amenities… a few minor things were missing, such as a clothes rail in the bedrooms, but you can manage fine out of your suitcases for a couple of days. We found the location excellent. Very quiet at night, with a supermarket offering long opening hours right across the street, two bus stops (different lines) nearby, and plenty of cafés and restaurants within easy reach. A walk through SoFo to the Old Town (Gamla Stan) takes about 45 minutes. The current construction work on and in the building didn’t really bother us – it was peaceful at night, and during the day we were out exploring. Access via various codes was straightforward. An earlier check-in could be arranged for a small extra fee, which was perfect for us!

Very good, modern and comfortable facilities. Good location, buses are just a few minutes away.

We had a fantastic stay in Olof’s property. The apartment was spacious, bright and clean, and made for a very comfortable stay. The location was perfect with lots of local restaurants and pubs within walking distance and the metro was a short walk away. So worth it for the price- can’t recommend highly enough!

Zona molto tranquilla, un supermercato ben fornito proprio di fronte e con mezzi pubblici molto vicini, fermata del bus a 1 minuto e metro a 10 minuti. Ma se siete dei buoni camminatori con una bella passeggiata di 40 min potete arrivare a Gamla Stan

Lovely apartment in a sensibly built house standing in a beautiful area just a quick ferry ride away The apartment was everything I expected and a little bit more. The explanations were clear, but in the end, you cannot describe ambience with words and that's what surprised me the most - the room, the building, the neighbourhood that it's in. Such a cool idea to use history in a modern way. The neighbourhood was so quaint - a nice mix of moder, old and natural (at night two deers where running on the street and then hid in the bushes next to the building).

Nice apartment with a good location

I really liked the location, close to different public transport and food places, and the grocery store is literally in front of the building. The apartment without any physical key was new to me, but it's actually better, because you don't have to worry about losing keys. Everything was clean and plenty of space for everything.
