The location really is fantastic, right in the heart of Gamla Stan, around an 8-minute walk from the station and easy walking distance to everything. We booked very last minute and were grateful to find somewhere so central and available.It’s an incredibly historic house with lots of character, although that does come with some quirks, there was a noticeable old-building smell and the stairs were tricky with luggage (we couldn’t get our large suitcase upstairs).There were only two adults, a young child and a baby in our group, so we didn’t make full use of the space. For a larger group, I think it would be particularly good value given the amount of space and such an amazing location. We only stayed for two nights and overall it worked well for what we needed. The host was also very responsive throughout.

The attic rental is quiet yet steps away from the busy cobbled pedestrian streets of Gamla Stan. The Parakey app that is used as a key is very user friendly. It’s at the southern end of Gamla Stan so a close walk to Sodermalm and a 20 minute walk in the other direction to Stockholm Central Station. The beds were comfortable and the options for earlier check in for an additional fee were greatly appreciated. Yes, I would stay here again.

Our stay with Elias in Stockholm was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, he proved to be a friendly, helpful, and attentive host. Communication was quick and easy.The apartment was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for exploring Stockholm. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly book again.
