I loved my stay. The apartment is very pleasant and comfortable. It is well equipped, and when I mistakenly thought there were missing cutlery, Andrea and her team communicated effectively with me and had cutlery brought the next morning. (In fact, I hadn’t thought to look in the dishwasher and it had everything needed.) Additionally, the apartment is located on a small, quiet street with little traffic and a lovely view of an arm of the sea and the town. It’s a 7-minute walk from the metro and a small supermarket. I would gladly return.

Well-kept apartment in a great spot. Right on the slope and close to ski lifts both toward the Björnen area and into Åre.

Second time I stayed here, great location, out of the way, wonderful views, always warm in spite of -22 degrees!. Will be back for sure!

Nice and minimalist accommodation. Overall it felt clean and fresh, and the location is excellent since it’s directly connected to the Tott slope and there’s a restaurant in the same building.However, I did notice quite a bit of dust on the wardrobe above the bed. I even found a pillow, some forgotten towels and cables on top of the dust, which suggests that some of the finer cleaning details were overlooked.There are no bedside lamps.I also found the amount of check-in and check-out information a bit overwhelming at booking. I understand the need to follow house rules carefully, but so much text makes it easy to miss important points.None of these issues would stop me from booking again—I will definitely return—but they bring my rating down to a 4 out of 5.

Good appartement. Clean and tidy. The key system procedure was clear and simple however the bluetooth system didn't work every time. bathroom mirror was detached and put on the floor in the main room. check in and check out instructions were clear and åre is very pleasant to visit.

This is a beautiful apartment perfect situated in the middle of Södermalm. Highly recommended

The apartment was very nice, but the bed felt a bit too small for two people. They had set up the living-room couch as an extra bed, but it was uncomfortable because half of it sat lower than the rest. Apart from that, this seems quite common in Sweden as well. Also, having a 4:00 PM check-in felt late, and the fee for early check-in was steep, so we ended up carrying our suitcases around for about six hours. When I asked if we could check in two hours earlier, I didn’t receive a response until after 4:00 PM. The location is very central and lovely, but unfortunately it got very cold at night even though there’s supposed to be central heating.

SUPER clean and EXCELLENT location. Many great restaurants and bars nearby as well as super short walk to the metro. Balcony has a great view over a small street and waterway. Would definitely stay again

Great accommodation in a lovely location—I’d happily return. However, I prefer a personal, human reply when I have a question, rather than a generic AI response that vaguely promises to fix an issue and then never follows through.

Very enjoyable apartment , even with freezing temperatures outside, the apartment was cosy and warm. Comfortable bed. Good location to explore the city.

Had a very nice stay at the appartment. Very good place to stay when visiting Stockholm.

The space was exactly as described. It was easy to find and conveniently accessible by tram (about a 7-minute walk). The apartment itself was clean, fully equipped, and nicely laid out. We cooked ourselves and everything you could need was provided. The dishwasher is a big plus. The bathroom was tidy. The bed is very comfortable. If you sleep with a window open you might hear ambulances since the apartment is close to a hospital. But with the windows closed you hardly notice them. All in all, I would definitely stay again and recommend this place! Communication was fairly automated but always friendly and clear. If we had any questions, we could always reach out to Fredrik. The place was spotlessly clean, close to the metro, quiet, just as shown in the photos. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time in Stockholm! The place is as you see on the pictures, not too big. But perfect for a city trip in Stockholm, the place has a great location. In Södermalm itself there are many nice boutiques and vintage shops and we definitely recommend going to the Pelican to try the Swedish meatballs. From the apartment you can also easily walk to the viewpoint Skinnarviksberget and Monteliusvägen. From here you can walk to Gamla Stan, we recommend visiting the Royal Palace and having a drink at the cutest winebar ‘Cork’. After a long day it was nice to get back to the appartement and chill. Its is very quiet so that was perfect. Hope you also have a nice time when your visiting Stockolm!
