Perfect location, 3 min to Avicii arena. We have been there for a concert, and location was ideal one.

Overall everything was good: the apartment is clean and centrally located, in a nice and quiet building in the vibrant Södermalm neighborhood.That said, the kitchen is basically unusable and the bathroom is far too small. With a modest investment, these spaces could be made more practical; for me, they weren’t comfortable as they are.Being charged 500 SEK for 3 extra hours to check out at 1pm instead of 10am feels excessive. It’s probably better to leave your luggage in a storage locker.The apartment was fairly priced overall, and the experience was good.

A very nice and very clean place to stay in an exceptionally pleasant area. A subway station is located very close to the accommodation. I really have to highlight the cleanliness here once again—unfortunately that’s not always done as well elsewhere as it is here at Fredrik’s place.

We absolutely love our stay in gamla Stan! The apartment is located so centrally and walkable to everything we could possibly want!We loved being so close to great bars and restaurants!The apartment itself was beautiful and perfect for the two of us!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable and check in/out was very easy. The location is great and communication with the host was problem free. The only thing we missed was a few more glasses and a tea kettle!
