A lovely little house that suited my holiday perfectly. Clean and well kept (actually nicer than in the photos!) and it had everything I needed. I’ll happily book again if I get the chance!

Location is good. Just a 3min walk from the gamla stan metro station
You cant store your luggage before or after though.
The shower/shampoo gel was surprisingly good, it wasnt drying.
At 6am everyday, the restaurant staff will made huge noise in the courtyard, its not for light sleeper. Other than that timing, i find it quiet enough.
Stairs is really narrow and steep, i didnt have a problem, but well, i can see how its not for everyone.
The heater is not strong. Its always freezing cold in the middle of the night.
There is an instructions booklet on the dining table. There are certain aspects of it that are unclear. For example, it mentioned to close the windows when heading out. Naturally i assume the windows can be open? Turns out you cant open it because the building is 200 years old.

Everything went smoothly. The elevator didn’t work at first, but it was taken care of quickly.

We had a very nice stay at Andrea’s. The apartment is well laid out and clean. Customer service is a real plus—very responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions or requests. The apartment is a bit smaller than it looks in the photos, but I still recommend it.

William made everything easy for us. Finding the place, checking in and getting settled was very straightforward. We definitely recommend it for your trip to Stockholm. It’s not only a plus that it’s in Gamla Stan — it’s also right in the middle of neighborhoods with lots to do, like Norrmalm, Östermalm and Södermalm. We didn’t need to use public transport even once. If you enjoy exploring the city on foot, we highly recommend it. And don’t forget to have breakfast at Skeppsbro Bageri with its wonderful view. The apartment has everything you need, including a coffee machine. It’s more than sufficient for two people. The only minor issue was a strong smell in the building entrance and stairwell that didn’t seem to go away. It might be coming from the restaurant downstairs, or it could just be because the building is older. We found it best to come in and out quickly so the smell wouldn’t linger — and to be clear, there was definitely no smell inside the apartment.

We stayed for 8 days, and they flew by so quickly. Fantastic location, a lovely sea view from the window, and comfortable facilities for a truly enjoyable stay. Everything matched 100% what was described on the website.I’ll definitely choose this place again the next time I plan a trip to Stockholm.Thank you, Andreas — wishing you continued success and all the best!

Excellent location for getting to the ski lifts and the town centre. Connections are great: from the hotel lift on the 4th floor to the ski lift it’s about 100 metres. From the slopes you can choose three options—either ski back on the red or blue runs right to the hotel lift (0 metres), or take the funicular up/down, which means about a 200 m walk. It’s also easy to get to the centre and shops by funicular; on foot it’s around 10–15 minutes. The hotel has no reception staff; doors are opened via an app, including the main entrance. The nicer view is towards the lake rather than the mountain. In mountain-facing rooms you can hear cars. Traffic only goes as far as the hotel and isn’t heavy, but taxis waiting and cars being loaded/unloaded can be audible if you open the window. The room, shower and kitchenette are fully equipped. There’s a microwave, but no oven. Skis are stored in the corridor in holders by the room. There’s a smell in the corridor, probably from shoes left there (they’re generally meant to be kept in the room). It’s not very pleasant, but the convenience makes up for it. No odours were noticeable inside the rooms.
