Unfortunately, the apartment did not fully match our expectations based on the listing. While the advertised amenities were present, the apartment, particularly the kitchen and its appliances, looked considerably older and more worn than shown in the listing photos.After we raised our concerns, the host offered us a 500 SEK discount and a complimentary late checkout, which we appreciated. Communication was professional throughout. However, I still think the listing photos should be updated to give future guests a more accurate impression of the apartment they are booking.

This was my second stay with Elias, who was very accommodating. Ideal location in Södermalm. Well-heated, quiet, and clean. I'll be back.

The place was great. The neighborhood is quite with some bars and restaurants nearby.

This place was great for the 2 of us staying for 3 nights. Was exactly as described and was very clean. Grocery shop and a metro station a couple of minutes walk away.

Elias was a great host! The apartment was amazing and very spacious, we loved how many rooms and bathrooms there were. The access to the apartment was also extremely easy and everyone was able to access it on their own phones.

I stayed at this property for 8 days and genuinely liked the place. I think it's really good value for money. The pictures exactly matched the rooms and it was very comfortable and well thought out. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, there was a hairdryer and an ironbox and enough toiletries and bed linen. What really deserves a mention is the water pressure which is excellent despite it being an old building! The location is perfect, it's right in front of the Sundbyberg station with access to the T Centralen in 10mins. There is a Lidl and an ICA just next door and a really nice bakery for the Fika needs :)I reached around 10PM and found it slightly difficult to locate it, and there was smell of garbage at the entrance. For anyone trying to locate it look for Encore music club since the building doesn't have a nameplate. The texts for check-in instructions might feel too many and I missed the floor number. Overall a great stay and will come back on future visits!

Fantastic location. The shower area is a bit basic, but everything else was very good.
